    No one knew who was doing what we waited over an hour for someone to talk to us about flooring I recommend you go anywhere but here to get floors put in they have no idea and not only did I have no idea they don't care about waiting on customers here

    Ordered a shed with “pro” services to assemble. Home Depot recommended three contractors and none of them are available. Customer service says put another request in and I get the same three contractors that are not available. Then Home Depot says “google it.” Worst customer service ever! Never again!

    I would never refer anyone to have carpet or vinyl flooring measured,estimated,ordered or installed by Home Depot. This process was a complete disaster from the start. The only reason I proceeded with the order was the sales person in the Folsom store (Phil) helped me. Measurements were wrong x2. Estimates were wrong x4. Install day I didn't get enough product to finish the job correctly. ...a box of vinyl short and one box of the wrong product given and no quarter round was with the order, then there was not enough quarter round given to complete the job. The installer was a very good person and helpful but he could only work with what was supplied by Home Depot. My quarter round measure was so skimpy that there are cuts where there should be straight pieces because they didn't order enough. This is not what I wanted. I feel that the job was never measured correctly from the start and I don't think it was measured by someone who knows how to install a floor. There is a complete disconnect at HD with measurements, estimates, sales and installation. I got a call to complete survey questions which I did but never heard back from anyone at Home Depot.
