Paul Campbell installed a paver sidewalk at my home. His work is absolutely amazing. He is also a phenomenal horticulturalist. His pricing is very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him again. Paul is the owner of Amazascapes, but is very involved in the project and remains in communication every step of the way. I'd give 0 starts if I could. Paul Campbell was very responsive communication-wise and patient with us as we'd never had a patio done before and weren't really sure what we wanted. This is the only good part of working with AmazaScapes. It took us a month or more to make a decision. Once verbally agreeing to work with AmazaScapes Paul all but disappeared. He didn't return our calls or emails very quickly (a week or more would go by). Worse yet, he promised to send us a contract by the weekend (a few days time) and 1 month later still no contract. Upon inquiring of the verbally agreed upon start date Paul tells us he's booked for the next 1.5 months. Upon further inquiry Paul informs us since we never signed a contract we are at fault for the 1.5 month delay. He verbally agreed to a date with us and agreed to send a contract. He never sent that contract and now blames us for not signing it. After letting Paul know this isn't how professionals act, he responds by saying he's sorry that we missed the part about signing a contract - we didn't. He completely ignores and doesn't apologize that he never sent the contract. He also expresses that he's sorry we feel that he is unprofessional (he is). Finally he decides to drop our project all together. So Paul didn't do what he said he would, blamed us for it, and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he just cancels the project.
