Robert is a great tech, cleaning rugs and upholstery. A-1 process deep cleans without leaving behind a chemical smell.

They did a great job cleaning our ductwork. However, they did not clean up after themselves very well.

Very efficient and very reasonable. Arrived at the appointment time, and spent 2 hours for 2 rooms and a long hallway.

0 stars if possible. Very poor experience with this cleaning company. Poor communication, lateness and lack of accountability.

I had to wait just over 2 weeks for my appointment, which is fine and I was more than willing to wait. I was supposed to receive confirmation emails and text about the service and my appointment, never received. But I gave A1 the benefit of the doubt due to outstanding reviews.

The cleaners were supposed to show between 11AM -1PM. 1:15 comes around, no cleaners and I called Dennis, who I had been corresponding with concerning the clean via email, no answer. Call back again at 1:30, no answer, and left a voicemail both times. Dennis calls me back at 1:35, and said the cleaners had car issues earlier and were late to their first appointment but should be at my house within a half hour. I say ok, things happen no big deal.

2:45, comes around no cleaners, called Dennis back no answer. 3 PM I call back again, no answer, so I left another voicemail to cancel and express my displeasure and emailed him the same thing. Cleaners end up arriving around 3:10, I told them I canceled because they took too long and I had prior arrangements at 4:30. Dennis calls me shortly thereafter and says they arrived and I said I know but it's entirely too late and I'm canceling they're way too late and I have somewhere to be at 4:30. He says "Yeah they are a bit too late aren't they?"

Finally, I said if you can fit me in on Saturday, then we can forget about this and move on. He said no, I can’t.

Side note: The cleaners showed up in a newer Ford SUV, I was anticipating a 2002 Saturn when I heard about "car issues."

Awful experience and would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. If I wasn't trying to chase these people down and they were more up front it would have been easier to let this go. But as you can see not the case.

They did a great job but I’m afraid it was more than I really needed. This was for a commercial property. I’ll be curious to see what it’s like for my home.

We had Marcus come clean our carpets. We have 3 dogs so our carpets were pretty bad. He was so friendly. He did an amazing job on our rugs!

Rob was on time and done a very good job. He was very efficient and did not take too long.

This is our second time using A1 and they did not disappoint. They made our 25 y/o bedroom carpet look like new. (Remider to self: only the rich can afford poor quality).
We've recommended to friends and they were satisfied as well. 5* all around!

We signed up for a bi-weekly cleaning and they did a great job! Milagros was so lovely, as was the other woman on the team though I do not remember her name - shame on me. They were very communicative about what they were doing and why and the house looks great as a result!

Marcus was wonderful to work with. Did a thorough job and left the laundry room clean. This is the second time using A1 Sparkle and I will be using them again for dryer vent cleaning.

They were out today to do a deep clean on our home that we just purchased. Friendly, punctual, respectful of our home, and communicated well! They were very thorough and even cleaned things we wouldn’t have thought of! Would definitely recommend and will use them again!
Update: We also had them clean all the carpets and do some carpet repair in our home. Rob was great!! He was thorough, friendly, and worked his butt off all day! The end result was incredible!

Amazing experience with A1 Sparkles! Robert was wonderful! He arrived and put on booties which I appreciate to maintain cleanliness of our home. My dog liked him also. I originally was scheduled to have carpets cleaned for 3 bedrooms. Robert asked if we wanted the hallway and staircase cleaned as well and was able to provide a quote on the spot (I received a quote for the bedrooms when I scheduled). Their prices are very reasonable. Robert did a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning. All around A1 quality and experience from receiving quotes, booking, communication up to the appointment date, and the service itself. I highly recommend, and I’ll be using this company again!

Dennis made scheduling a breeze. On the day of service, Marcus & Robert clearly explained the process and quickly got to work. They had a lot of ground to cover and did an efficient and thorough job. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend A1 Sparkles Cleaning.

Another great experience with A1 Sparkles! Marcus was professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciated his call to check if I was available earlier than my scheduled appointment time because of a cancellation. Will be using A1 Sparkles again for my dryer vent cleaning in the future!

A1 did a fantastic job cleaning our living room carpet. Robert arrived for the appointment and performed a thorough cleaning with enzyme and odor treatment as well, since we have pets. The carpet is a very light color so stains and traffic marks are easy to see. After the scheduled cleaning was concluded, Robert showed some areas that could look better with a full scrub treatment. The cost to add this while he was still within our original appointment was very reasonable and the results were incredible. The carpet looks almost brand new now. We will certainly be calling A1 to schedule any carpet cleaning in the future.
