As always, A1Sparkles delivers! We had a recent renovation and dust got into the carpet. Rob was a fantastic representative for A1 Sparkles. He walked through the job, discussed the plan, and was able to get everything out - even stains from a few years ago. Our couch also looks like new - free of wear and stains from kids and animals. A1 is our Go To for keeping our carpets clean.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Two area rugs cleaned and my couch. The service member was outstanding-Robert Gollnick. He fixed a zipper on one of my cushions that I hadn’t been able to figure out. He was detail oriented, professional and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done well. Highly recommended!

Wonderful working with a small company that cares rather than treating customers with no regard for the end result. He was prompt and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Excellent service, extremely nice and helpful staff. This is the first time I used the organic, dry cleaning method for my carpets and will never go back to steaming again! They carpets were fresh, clean, and dry. I will go back to Superior Choice Glenside when my carpets need cleaning again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Felistus who arranges the appointments. She was beyond accommodating and answered the phone every single time I called her and texted me back even after normal business hours. I can't say enough about her patience and excellent customer service!
Aaron came out to clean our rugs and sofa and they look better than I even expected. Absolutely NO odor now (even from hard to clean out cat pee)

I specifically asked if my indoor/outdoor rugs could be cleaned with this method and was assured that they could. To make a long story short, my dining room rug was ruined by the agitation used, the minor pet stain was only lightened and I was charged $169.00 for 2 -3 by 7 runners and 2 7 by 10 rugs. The person that did the "cleaning" left my home without telling me in the middle of the process. He returned after about 15 minutes, saying he had lost his phone. Very unprofessional and very expensive. I was able to replace the rug he ruined thankfully. A bad experience

Outstanding in every way! Did a terrific job on both cleaning the carpets and in removing stains. Plus their Customer Service is wonderful...they got me scheduled quickly as I requested, were detail oriented in making sure they understood my needs and arrived on time! I will use Superior Choice again!!
