I was blown away by the professionalism of T&K Dryer Vent Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning Service! Rivas and his team provided a top-notch chimney inspection and chimney cleaning. They also took care of my dryer vent cleaning, making much more efficient. The mold remediation service was handled with great attention to detail, and they even helped with attic insulation, air duct cleaning, roofing, and pest control. We hired Tripler to replace our tile floors. The job ran over schedule and did not meet our specifications. Tripler ripped our gas line up from our floor behind our oven then concreted over it, causing an expensive and dangerous gas leak. PECO and the fire department declared our kitchen unsafe to use and cut off all gas the last night Tripler worked in our home. We caught Tripler drinking on the job on our Ring camera then proceeding to use a power saw then a nail gun inside our home. Tripler lied to us about being insured and declared bankruptcy shortly before starting the job in our home.

It has taken months to get the job done. They have shorted me at every opportunity. I would never recommend or use these guys again. Save yourself the grief.

Came to my house for an estimate and was told I would receive an email with designs and estimates within 1-2 weeks. It has now been 2 months and I never heard back from them. Called and emailed them multiple times with no response.

Once again writing to say that the workmanship on the job done by All Bath Concepts was of poor quality. The drain to the tub doesn’t work, the shower head has come detached from the wall, the caulking around the tub is peeling... and it’s been 1 year! Can’t wait to see what comes next.

We had our grandparents bathroom remodeled with a tub converted to shower for easier access for them to get into shower and they did an amazing job. My grandparents love their new shower. We also use them for all bathroom needs. Great company, I would definitely recommend them.

Questionable Ethics

Subsequent to our previous posting, we received an unsigned and undated letter on All Bath Concept’s (ABC) letterhead. This letter claims our post was slanderous and inaccurate. As such, they are threatening a lawsuit. In the letter, they dispute only a minor point about timing. We disagree with their interpretation but will remove it as it does not alter our main complaint about our experience with ABC. They took our money and provided no service and no material.

We contracted with All Bath Concepts (ABC) to remodel our small bathroom (5 ft by 6.5 ft) in October 2018. At that time, we submitted a deposit of $7,213. Shortly after signing the contract, we had to cancel the contract for personal reasons. At the time of cancellation, ABC did not have permits from our township to start work. As such, they incurred no labor costs. At the time of cancellation, we offered to take and store any material that may have been ordered and could not be returned to suppliers. We made this offer via email as well as voicemail. ABC never replied to these offers. ABC kept $7,213 without providing any labor or material.

Prior to signing the contract as well as afterwards we were frustrated with ABCs failure to reply to dozens of communications; emails, voicemails and verbal messages with receptionist. You will see comments by others remarking about ABC’s lack of responsiveness.

We recommend you take your bathroom projects to other businesses in the area.

For the past few years we have reached out to them about the mold that grows on the grout. We have offered to pay to have it redone and we have kept it clean. The grout is rough and I think it gets in those rough spots. We called and even sent them a copy of our contract. Saw them at a home show and mentioned it and nothing. Worse investment I made. Should have checked them out more carefully. Our first experience was with Donna for the same thing. Guess my problem is I give up and keep procrastinating about going to BBB

Cannot recommend this Company. We paid $23.8k to All Bath for a remodeled kids bathroom (plus we paid for vanity and other fixtures on top of what we paid them). The bathroom turned out ok however, the project was massively delayed, in part, due to All Bath (it took 4 moths of constant nagging to complete the project). When I asked for a discount on the final invoice, they reacted very unprofessionally. In the end, I paid in full because life's too short and the guy just wasn't reasonable in the least. I would not use them ever again nor would I recommend others to either.
