In April 2017, I had my 2nd floor bathroom remodeled. The workmanship was poor. They damaged my popcorn ceiling, the caulk was peeling in some area's and the floor grout was not done properly. After a month we were picking up pieces of the grout off the floor.They attempted to repair the floor several times, but we still had the same issue with the grout. On September 30th of 2017, I sent an email about the on going issue with the floor grout and did not get a response back, I sent another email on 10/10/17 about the issue. I received an email back stating they would have to order a special grout sealer and that they would let me know when the sealer was in to schedule service(Lowes sells the sealer in store). It was over a month I had to send an email because they did not notify me.They came out on 12/6/17 and repaired the grout, but there was no evidence of any type of sealer put on the floor. After not using the bathroom for 4 days , we were picking up pieces of the floor grout again. I sent n email on 1/5/18 about this ongoing problem and the response I received was"We are unable to return to your house as requested .Due to the amount of customers that are without heat and broken pipes". I found this response unprofessional and shows poor customer service. I wasn't expecting them to come out and fix my floor right away, I was making them aware of the situation. When I sent an email stating it was an un acceptable response, they ignored it. I waited until March for the weather to improve to reach out to them again. This time I tried to get in touch with Eric Kenney with no luck. They have been ignoring my emails. This company is very unprofessional, lacks customer service skills, quality of work is poor and if something goes wrong they won"t fixed it. They just ignore you. I would not recommend All Bath Concepts/Kenneys plumbing to anyone.

Very professional, wonderful to get along with . They did the complete design free the night he came out to estimate . Quote was what the final project cost .

I can’t thank them enough!!! I had a garbage disposal emergency and they talked me through how to fix it over the phone!!! Saved me taking time off work and buying a new disposal!!! They also came to my rescue when the delivery people left my refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen. He came out and installed the water line same day! Highly recommend!

When the water came pouring through my dining room ceiling from the bathtub above I thought, "Who does bathroom work in older homes?" and immediately thought of Kenney's All Bath Concepts. We met with Eric Kenney who understood our dilemma of having only one tub and shower and a bathroom which needed updating and assured us his team could handle the job. Eric guided us through our choices for a complete renovation. Walls, flooring, ceiling, woodwork, everything was removed by his skilled workmen, Justin and Kevin, and then they created a beautiful, new bathroom for us! They were an absolute pleasure to have in our home and answered all our questions. We decided to save the original 96 year old radiator and Jim Kenney did a great job refurbishing it for us. The project was on time and Eric checked in often to see how everything was progressing. My husband and I highly recommend using this company and plan to hopefully have them return to renovate our powder room. We are so fortunate to have this company here in Havertown! :)

All bath concepts have redone two full baths in our home. They spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we asked for providing lots of options for tile, fixtures, and even design ideas. We have a very old home and they did a great job replacing old pipes that needed replacement. From rip out to the final touches all work was done with great craftsmanship. Being in an old home we had many walls out of square after ripping it down to the studs and they made sure it was all square putting it back together. Old homes give many unseen challenges and they handled all of them with ease. There workers were very nice and curteous. They made sure not to track dirt through our house and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Thanks to there attention to details we have a happy child and mother with amazing bathrooms! We used this company in the past to redo our hall bath and were happy with the work. When it came time to replace the shower stall in the main bathroom we contacted this company again. They returned our call and came out with options within a few days. The job was started and finished in July 2019. In September 2019 we started to have a leak in our kitchen ceiling. We contacted them several times and they never returned our call. Only when my wife called from her Villanova work number, did the office manager, Rosemary, pick up. She apologized and said how hard the boys were working on other jobs (meaning no time to fix a current customer's leak). In November they finally came out and looked at the leak and couldn’t find a problem. Still leaking but we put it off until January. Again, many phone calls unreturned until my wife called from her work number. In March, the main owner came out, put a hole in our kitchen ceiling, and it was determined there was a soft part in the bottom caulking. Once fixed, no more leaking. He apologized profusely about not coming out right away and assured us they would be out in a few weeks to repair the hole in our kitchen ceiling and replace a corner shower shelf that fell off. COVID-19 happened. We only started contacting them in June when Governor Wolf lifted the ban on workers. After many calls and emails, nothing - not one was returned. We looked online and saw a review that they were working on new jobs during quarantine and were being very careful and worked overtime. We also had a friend call and leave them a message about wanting work done and within 24 hours, they called her twice. They are advertising for work on their Facebook Page. They are working but just refuse to fix our job because there is no money involved. This is so unprofessional for a business let alone a family owned business. We will now have to pay another company money to fix our kitchen ceiling and re-caulk the two bathroom shelves which have since fallen off the shower walls.

Just finished a huge remodel. Eric Jim and Kevin are excellent plumbers and contractors. On budget and very high quality workmanship.
Especially with this national emergency they took precautions, and worked overtime to see that we were up and running. I cant thank them enough. In a emergency they worked as a team and finished ,my much needed repairs. Thank you Rose for keeping me updated and your attention to my project .

We had major problems with leaking pipes in our second floor bathroom. Eric Kenney came and helped provide temporary relief until the full job could be taken care of. Eric and his employees kept us apprised of everything they were doing, how long it would take and the cost. Eric even was able to work directly with the insurance adjuster, so we knew what would be covered. Our bathroom is beautiful and we have had no issues with all the work that was done.
