After our insurance company did a surprise exterior inspection they requested we have our roof cleaned of the moss/mildew. We hired SoftWash Platoon and they did a fantastic job!! Our roof looks new (our neighbor said they would eat their dinner off it because it looked so clean)! The team, especially Jose, was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Donna, who scheduled our appointment, was also wonderful to work with, ensuring that the job was completed prior to the deadline set by our insurance company. Though the pricing was a little more than what we wanted to spend, the work came with a 5 year warranty, so if the moss comes back we will certainly take them up on that and have our roof cleaned again. Excited to maximize our roof life and highly recommend this team and their services.

We've worked with SoftWash for many years and they provide great service and high-quality cleaning. SoftWash has refreshed our exterior completely. We should have done this sooner! The staff were very pleasant to deal with. Kevin kept me informed along the process. Before the final treatment he walked around the house completely and noted what the final treatment should accomplish. At the end of the day, he walked around the house exterior to be sure I was satisfied with the end results. It looks awesome!

Softwash came and cleaned our roof, siding, walks and stone walls. When they arrived they went straight to task and answered any questions or concerns that I had. The house came out great, it radiates after the cleaning. The staff that did the work are courteous, friendly and professional.

SoftWash Platoon did an excellent job in cleaning my stucco house from roof to brick walks. Jordon & Tony were professional, polite and helpful. They took extra care in making sure everything was done right and I was kept inform of their progress in a timely maner. Jordon is very knowledgeable and answered all questions and made helpful suggestions. The cost, workmanship and results made this an excellent investment. We had a fantastic experience with SoftWash Platoon. We hired them to do a gutter and below house cleaning and from the time we agreed, they were at our house and completing the work that same week. Our crew, led by Jose, was extremely professional and took great care of our property. The results were phenomenal, and I still can't get over how clean our sidewalk got. I'm giving SoftWash Platoon 4 stars because the final result was truly excellent. The crew did a thorough and high-quality job cleaning my parents' home's exterior, and we're very happy with the outcome. The process of getting a quote was also very easy.

The reason for not giving 5 stars comes down to communication on the day of service. After our appointment was delayed, we were never told a start time for the new date. We waited around in the morning, and after calling the office 3 times with no answer, we were left unsure of when to expect the crew. A quick call or text to confirm the arrival window would have made the experience perfect.

SoftWash did a fantastic job getting our store awnings and façades clean and ready for the busy Spring and Summer months. They were incredibly easy to work with and get everything scheduled, communication was excellent, and the work speaks for itself.

they were excellent. did a full wash of our roof and surrounding areas and were very thorough. all the green moss died and blew off the roof within two months. this was the best solution for us. they even came back a second time under their Five Year Guarantee and hit one area a second time. We hired Softwash Platoon with high hopes based on their promises of a gentle yet effective cleaning method. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Their team caused visible damage to the exterior of our historic building, including bleach stains on 118-year-old granite—a mistake that clearly shows a lack of knowledge regarding which cleaners are appropriate for different materials. In addition to harming the stonework, their solution killed surrounding vegetation, leaving behind brown patches where thriving plants once grew.

The quality of work was far below expectations, with many areas left streaky, splattered, untouched, or worse, with pools of cleaning solution. What made the situation worse was their unprofessional customer service. When we raised our concerns with Chris, we were met with defensiveness rather than accountability or resolution.

Despite their branding as a safer alternative to power washing, the reality is that their method caused more damage and delivered worse results. Their cleaning solutions are clearly not eco-conscious, despite any claims they might make.

Softwash Platoon drastically over promised and under delivered. We deeply regret choosing them and caution others—especially those with historic or delicate properties—to look elsewhere.

It was so quick and efficient. They were really professional carpet cleaners and they are even patient with my questions. Fees are also just.

They managed to clean that very nasty stain on the carpet even if it took a bit of time on their end. I’m happy and satisfied to see the carpets clean now.

Worst condition of a carpet that you can imagine, thankfully I have Eco-Safe technicians that can handle this kind of situations and the results speaks for itself. Charges are also fair with no hidden fees.

Really like how competent the people here are. They answered my questions very clearly and the appointment was done fast. The techs who came and cleaned the carpet were very efficient with their work too. All in all they are really great.

My stain-ridden carpets are now clean again all thanks to the tech team that this company sent. They were thorough with the cleaning and spared no effort in getting rid of the stains. Truly appreciate them and will happily hire them again
