Had spots on the siding of my house from being in the shade and having some branches against it at one point. Likewise, had a deck that looked pretty dismal. Soft wash came and cleaned my siding, the my stoop and front porch and the deck. They all looked amazing afterwards. The gave special attention to the deck and I'm super impressed with the difference they made. I had replaced siding on on wall of house and they cleaned the rest so that it looks just as good as the new part. Couldn't be happier with the results!

Our white Awnings are now WHITE again thanks to the miracle of Platoon Soft Wash. The workers were courteous & eager to please. They did a wonderful job making our home sparkle for summer.
I will use them again, although having had this biodegradable solution 3 years ago( another company) we know it DOES last.

Had a great experience with this company on a softwash of our roof and nearly 100 year old stone and stucco house. Owner and technicians were all extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure our plants didn’t get damaged, relocated some hanging baskets that I missed, and set everything back up again afterwards. House looks great. Our brick patio and concrete walkways look better than ever - we had them power washed in the past and this worked better.

They were on time, extremely friendly and professional. They walked us through the process during the quote appointment and when done they made sure we were satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!!

SoftWash Platoon did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my home. The communication was great and the service was outstanding. All exterior areas were sparkling when the crew was finished at the end of the day. My home looks cleaner than the day we moved in our new home. We were very happy with the results of the soft wash on our home's roof, stone wall and wood siding exterior, back patio and patio furniture. A surprise to us is that our plants were not affected by the process because the professional who did our job knew what he was doing. We did have a small accident in that they broke the tempered glass on a table. They let us know immediately and offered to pay to replace the glass. It was a very good experience, the house looks great, and we are just sorry they don't have an office in NJ so we can get our shore house soft washed.

Soft wash Platoon provided an excellent cleaning service for my brother in law’s house. Donna was really easy to work with on the phone to get an estimate scheduled. Chris came out as scheduled and provided an estimate. The house was really in need of not only a roof cleaning, but the entire exterior. Donna worked with us to schedule a date that met our needs. During our conversations I mentioned that we needed a landscaping company to trim the bushes around the house so it could be properly cleaned. The next day I got a call from Chris’ brother offering to provide the needed landscaping service. We scheduled the services on back to back days. On the cleaning day Andrew, the team lead, knocked on the door on time and ready to get to work. It took several hours to get this job done, but we were very satisfied when the job was complete. It looks like a new house. The roof, the concrete deck, sidewalk, chimneys, the step and rails as well as the brick and siding all look great. We definitely recommend Softwash Platoon for your cleaning needs. They will make your house look like new.

We recently had a lot of landscape pruning done. We knew we had some discoloration on the roof and siding, but now we could see an embarrassing amount of mold on and around the house. Our experience with Softwash Platoon was really impressive! We were dealing with some tough black mold on our stucco, roof, eaves, soffits, and trim, and we weren't sure what to do. Thankfully, Softwash Platoon came to the rescue and assured us they could handle it. Chris, the owner, even took the time to explain everything to us, which was super helpful.

On top of that, they also cleaned our slate and driveway, and it made a world of difference. Overall, we're really happy with their service and would definitely recommend them if you need soft washing or power washing done. 5 Stars!

We had Softwash Platoon clean the entire exterior of our 1870’s white wood siding house that definitely needed cleaning. From the first meeting and estimate with Chris, to the scheduling with Donna and the cleaning by José and Herbert, we could not be more impressed. Communication was excellent and the work on the house was thorough and done with real care. Prior to starting, José explained the process and what we could expect. It was a scorching hot day and the guys worked hard and cleaned every surface thoroughly. After completing their work, they walked us around to show us what had been done. Our Home Improvements Company that replaced our roof and has done several small jobs over the years recommended this company to clean our roof and siding.

In the beginning of August, a Representative came to our home to do an estimate for cleaning our siding and possibly our roof.

After doing a walk around our house and answering our questions, Chris gave us a quote that seemed reasonable for doing our roof, siding, windows (20+), gutters and sidewalks.

We decided to use this company after we looked into other companies to do the same type of work.

We called the company to set up a date and time to do the work. The crew arrived on time and started right away. I asked if they would move heavy potted plants and they did. They covered certain shrubs and bushes to protect them.

It took them most of the day to clean everything. They put back what was moved and cleaned up before they left.

They were professional,communicative and did an amazing job, Our game looks like the day we moved in.

These guys are great, their service far exceeding my expectations and that doesn't happen very often. They were very professional and paid great attention to detail, the house looks amazing! I also feel like they used a lot less water than a typical power washing service which was very nice and the house is super clean again. Moreover, they use less pressure so the water didn't peel off any paint or impact the surface of our cement like other services would. Window sills were nice and clean too!

Only good things to say about the SoftWash Platoon team. Starting with the first call, everyone was responsive, professional, and true to their word. The cleaning team was top notch, and the exterior of our house has never looked better -- roof, siding, windows, window frames, gutters, eaves, shutters, patio, and patio furniture. I removed all the window screens, and they got a good washing, too. We've been in this house 24 years, and this was our first professional washing. We're done climbing ladders, and even when we did, the house never looked this good.

I am very pleased with the work, power washing the outside of the house including the wood fence. The crew paid great attention to detail, taking extra time for the gutters that didn't come clean with only spraying. So they got a good scrubbing too. Thanks, crew, also for cleaning everything up when you were done.

Softwash crew did an outstanding job at our house! Seriously good work, both in the front door area (floor tiles, ceiling, walls), as well as our upper and lower patios in the back of house. The patios were large areas and badly stained with dirt and algae. All areas are now gleaming! We highly recommend this company. Their wonderful work made a significant difference.

What a difference the stucco on my home is after having Softwash Platoon work their magic. It was a professional job from start to finish, and the employees were courteous and knowledgeable.
