Had a large tree limb fall on my home, Gary and the Highlander crew came and in the matter of hours it was gone , leaves, branches, and a 24 inch diameter limb, gone. Great service and in the nick of time with the remnants of Elisa expected to hit. Can not say thank you enough! Clean up better then my landscaper!

HIghlander just removed 3 trees from my home and they did a great job. They were responsive and professional. Highlander was recommended to me by a friend after I mentioned that the tree company I was supposed to work with was not being responsive. Within a week from contacting Gary, he provided a reasonable estimate and the work was complete. I would highly recommend Highlander for tree removal.

Your team was courteous, efficient, and respectful of our property , as well as our neighbors.. The tree was much loved, and you respected our concerns about the tree’s presence.. Gary and the Highlander Tree Service crew did a great job removing several trees from our yard and grinding the stumps. They removed them carefully in a tight corner that was very close to the house. And they cleaned up well. We got 4 other quotes and Highlander's was the most reasonable. We highly recommend!

Gary and his team did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I had a major construction project scheduled to start and needed to get some trees removed before construction could begin. A huge "derecho" storm blew through a couple of days before Highlander was scheduled, leaving down trees all over the area. I think other tree services may have delayed my removal given that it wasn't an emergency and that there was lots of lucrative work all over the place. But Gary's team showed up on time as scheduled and started the chainsaws to the literal minute of when they said they would be here.
Their work was complete and done professionally and exactly as requested, the pricing was fair and reasonable and the entire project went off without a hitch. I also appreciated the general advice they were able to offer me about dealing with the other trees on my property. I wouldn't hesitate to use Highlander again. Highly recommended!

Gary and his team were excellent. They delivered a 1/3 cord of seasoned hardwood quickly and efficiently.

I had a great experience getting my roof cleaned. The crew was prompt and courteous and the staff on the phone were really accommodating with rescheduling due to weather.

Work was done in a timely manner and they were thorough. So far very pleased with the results. Had a minor issue with a crack in a pane of removable window glass. They stepped right in and quickly repaired the issue as good as new with no hassle. Highly recommend.

Update: now months later and still looks like they just did it. We’d had power washers before and the effect would be gone quickly. Idk how SoftWash does it but they are worth every penny.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by the SoftWash Platoon. My blue stone patio was so dirty it was dangerous to walk on when wet. Dirt build-up made it slick and dangerous, along with being an eye-sore. It needed attention. Replacing the entire patio was a consideration, until I learned about the SoftWash Platoon. Being assured my patio would be totally transformed, I was slow to be convinced. It seemed too good to be true. Guess what? It wasn't an exaggeration. What they said was true. My patio looks brand new. Thank you SoftWash Platoon!

SoftWash Platoon did an excellent job cleaning the roof, exterior siding, and bluestone patio/walkways of my house. The workers were professional and careful. Very nice clean-up too, with everything back in its place. I'm looking forward to using them again.

Andrew and his helper did a terrific job washing our roof and exterior. They removed the stains from the roof and cleaned all the wood trim and stucco on our house. Also did the wood deck and flagstone porch. It looks like we had our house repainted. We highly recommend SoftWash Platoon

I don’t have before and after pics but let me just say WOW. The team was professional, courteous and moved any furniture that needed to be moved. They don’t use high pressure hoses that can damage siding. The special soap does the work. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that they missed their arrival window by an hour with no communication that they were running behind. Definitely recommend Softwash.

Softwash Platoon did a phenomenal job cleaning our slate roof, front walkway, and gutters. They even went so far as to trouble shoot our gutter drainage system for us and discovered a crack in a pipe. They were professional, responsive, and all-around great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm delighted to write and recommend SoftWashPlatoon to future customers. The SWP team was efficient, thorough and courteous. The lead team member explained clearly the process and was diligent in making sure my roof surfaces were thoroughly treated. During the process some treatment fluid was spread over our fence to a neighbor's storage shed (I have a twin property); SWP came a few days later and restored it, as my neighbor wrote and acknowledged, to pristine condition. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommended!

Could not be better. Workman were efficient, courteous and hard working. Our concrete was a mess. We tried several brands of "Do it yourself" cleaners to no avail. Our patio now looks like it was made yesterday and our walkways and porch are spotless. The siding and gutters look new. They even did the windows. This was a good, positive experience. We are extremely happy with our Soft Wash Platoon experience. The company came recommended by our roofer so we knew they had to be good. The Office Manager, Donna was a pleasure to work with and worked hard to fit us into the schedule as we had an upcoming landscaping project. Excellent window cleaning service. I have avoided cleaning our windows for the past 20 years. Called SoftWash Platoon and booked their crew. They worked hard all day and did a great job. Very professional work at a reasonable price. Now we can see out our windows.

I called Softwash Platoon to clean my windows, deck and screened in porch to get ready for a party I am having in May. They called me back the same day and we set up a date for a proposal the same week. The estimate was fair and a great value for the work that was done. It was split into 2 days with the porch and deck being done first. The workers that came were professional and were careful to go over everything that I needed done. When they finished they had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied.
It was the same with the window washer couple that came the next day. They were extremely professional and friendly and made sure not to disturb me when they were inside. They actually showed me how to get my screens out without bending them! I couldn't be happier and will continue to use Softwash Platoon for any of my exterior cleaning.

The soft wash approach is far better than the typical power wash that simply blasts surfaces with high pressure. Soft washing is better for all surfaces and cleans better and lasts longer using safe cleaning solutions. Highly recommended!
