The first crew of maids were excellent and they came several times with zero issues. This past week we were sent a different crew. They were late so I phoned into the office to reconfirm and the gal who answered the phone was not professional, street language and attitude to the max. Maids arrive and we contracted for 4 maids, one hour every other week. Their price $115. This group monitored by surveillance, stayed 40 minutes and did not clean the floors well, tub minimally and kitchen counters still had crumbs and stains. We had cleaners for 20 years without one problem, very sad they are now too far away. I would not recommend this company

I've used The Maids going into my 3rd year after my old cleaning company folded due to retirement. They come with a crew of 3-5 people, and get to work doing what needs to done.

I like the fact they leave me a message of the time they will arrive on Friday for Monday, and they've yet of that time.

I've even referred them to my mom, who is now using them to clean her place as well.

The team (3 or 4 people) is always on time, typically right in the middle of the two hour time frame I’m given. Once they get to our house they each take care of a specific area. They are always very pleasant to interact with. If I need a specific time frame the office team has always been able to accommodate. Great company, on time, efficient and clean!

Our first experience with The Maids. We had renovations through the house for 9 months last year, so we requested a Spring 'deep clean. Catalina and her team were here most of the day, cleaning top ro bottom in every room. We were extremely pleased with the service!

Rosa and her team were great! Very professional and thoughtful. They did an amazing job cleaning my house. It has never looked or smelled better. I liked their work so much that I hired them to deep clean my mother-in-law’s house in preparation to sell. I’ve used a lot of cleaners but Rosa and The Maids are the best!

I’ve used this service for several years now and am always pleased with the results. The Maids is extremely professional. From the administrative staff to the staff who do the cleaning, all are dependable and respectful and put the client first. The organization provides appropriate safety equipment for their workers to reduce injuries. It must be successful because I see very little turnover. I’ve had basically the same two teams since I signed on. I’m especially close to Catalina’s team. I know my house will be spotless at the end of the job. Catalina treats my home like her own.

The team is always on time. They complete the service efficiently with very good results. My house always looks good after Catalina and her team have completed their work.
