Simply the best! We've been using them for 8 years now, ever since they did a complete rehab on our inground pool that went unused and neglected by the previous owners for about 10 years. They did a wonderful job, fast, and at a great price! They've always been there to help whenever we've called! Highly recommended!

Credible Pools has been great. Last year was a disaster finding a pool company that didnt try to over sell me on chemicals, poorly closed my pool and pipes burst, etc. These guys are mobile so they come out assess and resolve on the spot. Also having them swap my filter ststem and move me to salt water.

Called them to investigate leak. Spoke with office staff, explained the type of pool I had, and inquired. Told to register online and choose the diagnostic service for leaks. Did so for an appointment 2 weeks later. They charge your credit card immediately. Then on appointment day, had to call them to find out they couldn't come. Mind you, they tell you if you cancel on them that you lose your money - but they don't have to keep their end of the bargain because "appointment times are tentative and not guaranteed." Finally sends a crew the next day that clearly had no intention of solving the problem. Told me they don't work on gunite pools (even though I had told the staff this is my type of pool), half-heartedly did a dye test on two fittings, then said to call another company to do the leak detection and left after 15 min. Needless to say, waste of time and $150. Really disappointing

Highly recommend Credible Pools! Mike came out, gave us great information, got us back up and running after not opening for 1 year. They didn’t over sell anything. He kept things real and gave us what we were looking for! Our pool is up and running! I also appreciate the ability to book online appointments! Makes it so easy!
