Pool opening, pool issues, pool questions! You name it, Mike V and Credible Pools will get the job done. An absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Owning a pool and all the maintenance that go along can be frustrating and costly. Do yourself a huge favor and invest into Credible Pools. I personally needed a pool opening and advice on hidden issues On my pump filtration unit. Mike V in a very timely manner got pool going, and solved my pump issues that probably saved us costs in the future. The level of knowledge Mike V possess is amazing but he makes you feel at ease and explains everything in detail. The customer comes first, and mike v demonstrates this daily. Credible Pools has prompt & professional service down to a science! After two (very) frustrating summers of dealing with two of the large, regional pool companies, we switched to Credible Pools this spring. And we couldn't be more pleased. Mike and his team provide excellent, unparalleled service. They provide detailed quotes, show up when they say they're going to show up and then follow up to make sure the customer is pleased with the experience. They recently overhauled our entire system, installing a new heater, new filter and new salt cell & panel. Everything is working as promised and our family is thrilled. If you're in the market for a pool or new service provider, I would highly recommend Credible Pools. You won't be disappointed!

Credible Pools has been taking care of our pool now for a couple seasons. They replaced our liner and filter and added a salt system and our water has honestly never been better. The pool has never been easier to keep up with. They really make it easy and they are very responsive to answering text messages!

A big thanks to Mike and his team for stepping up to help us after our pool installer failed us. No matter what the issue, any time I reach out, I always get a response. Communication has met all expectations. Technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant. I’d highly recommend Credible Pools for any pool needs.

Since Moonlighting Pools closed I needed to find another pool store.
Thankfully Credible Pools had opened just several minutes from my house. I have found their service to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and educational.
I have used CP for free water testing, equipment repair, chemicals, and pool closings and found their prices comparable or even better than other stores.
I am happy to have found them.

Credible Pools installed a new filter and a salt system for us early this summer and my pool has never looked so beautiful. We will never use another pool company as long as we own our pool. They are easy to work with, prompt and respectful, they are extremely knowledgeable about the workings of swimming pools and spas and gave us awesome suggestions and recommendations. Thank You Credible Pool for an Excellent pool opening! We have opened & closed our pool ourselves since my husband retired in 2006 . Due to unforeseen health conditions, my husband couldn’t do it this year . I phoned Credible Pools & they took that stress away. Bobby & Derek went above & beyond with their promptness, kindness & efficiency. Our pool was dark green due to all that comes with neighboring pine trees , by evening it was teal ! Since opening Jason has chemically restored our water & not with the hundreds $ other pool companies would have charged . We will definitely consider having Credible Pool close our pool ! We recently purchased an awesome PDC hot tub and the entire experience was great. Jason helped us select the tub, reviewed all the options with us and made sure we were happy with all the selections. The delivery and set up of the tub was very smooth. Their team did a great job being very courteous and professional. Jason follow-up up immediately after the installation to make sure everything was as expected. We had a few questions regarding the chemistry and Jason was passionate about chemistry and ready to assist. Awesome experience!

The best pool company in western Pennsylvania. Stepped up when 2 other pool companies couldn't get it done. Installed our fiberglass pool in less than a month. Hard working people and great communication. Definitely glad we found this company.

Clay, Jason and all of the team over at Credible were absolutely great to work with. Clay gave us a competitive, very detailed quote and worked to finish installation of our fiberglass pool in a timely manner. We also purchased a hot tub from them. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer any questions that we had. Excellent to continue our relationship with them for years to come.

When I walked in, I had been frustrated by continuously cloudy water, frequent testing at a different store, spending hundreds on more chemicals with zero improvement in the cloudiness.

Jason quickly diagnosed the issues with my pool, provided a documented treatment plan, and within one week, my water was crystal clear. And I'm happy to report that it has been crystal clear since with MINIMAL maintenance.

Not only did he provide his own solutions to our pool, but he and his staff were so courteous. I bought chlorine one day and it hadn't been delivered, so he delivered it later that day. I wasn't sure how to perform a task that he recommended and one of his staff followed me home to teach me.

Such HONEST people here and I'm grateful that they are local! I will forever be a customer!

Thank you Credible Pools for being Incredible! Jason was able to immediately diagnose what was wrong with our pool by a picture. We had the same issues last summer and spent almost $2K on pool chemicals from a different place and ended up closing it green because and replacing the liner at opening this summer because we couldn't afford to keep dumping chemicals in! Jason was able to help us for a fraction of the cost and it was crystal clear in just a few days. He was quick to answer any questions I had and just so friendly! I am not someone that often takes the time to write reviews, but my experience with Credible Pools and Spas has been extraordinary and I wanted to share.

Our pool heater was less than two years old, and the place that we bought it from does not do service calls so they referred me to the manufacturer. They gave me four numbers of places that service our particular heater, one of which was not in service, one of which didn’t come to Allison Park, and one of which only did commercial properties. I was extremely frustrated by the time I contacted Credible Pools and Spas…..until Heather, the little ray of sunshine, answered the phone. I immediately felt myself relax, and told her what I had experienced and she said “we’ll take care of you.” And they did. She sent Bobby the technician within DAYS and he fixed my heater immediately. He was pleasant and courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Overall, my experience with these folks has been remarkable…if I could give them more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Credible Pools and Spas, and will use them again without hesitation!!!!

When my pool robot stopped working, I expected the usual: a quick glance and a “you’ll need a new one.” But not with this crew. They truly tried EVERYTHING they could to get it back up and running. They were kind, honest, and incredibly patient through the whole process.

Heather and Alivia kept me in the loop, Todd and Clay got hands-on with troubleshooting, and they all made sure everything stayed on track with a smile. I felt like they cared as much about my pool as I do!

This kind of service is rare—and I’m so grateful. If you’re looking for a pool company that actually shows up and gives their all, you won’t find better than this team.

We can not be more impressed with our dealings with Credible Pools!
We have an in the ground pool that got some horrible funk - solid green water - that was resistant to huge amounts of shock and other chemicals. Three pool companies
told us the only “fix” was to drain 1/3 of water after summer (to avoid ruining the liner during hot days).
Fortunately, someone suggested we give Credible Pools a call. After taking our water sample to Jason- the pool water guru- we were using the pool within the week!!!
His knowledge and competency are unbelievable. And he explains everything very thoroughly- instructions were amazingly specific- no guessing games!!

Discovering the professionals at Credible Pool & Spa is the best thing that’s happened to our summers! Spectacular service, incredibly responsive, and our water has never looked better! They take the time to explain any needed chemicals and dosages and they follow up to make sure everything works. We had a heater kick the bucket after 10 years, right before a big party. They came to the rescue with the perfect new heater and installed it within 48 hours. We can’t thank them enough for giving us such peace of mind.
