My pool water turned a highlighter green color and nothing I did worked to change it back. I went and saw Heather and Clay at Credible Pools and they got my pool back to normal within a week. I would highly recommend going to see them! They were very friendly and personable! They spent time with us and walked us through everything we needed to do.

When I went into the storeroom it was as if I was invisible. A person finally came over and asked me "do you have an inground or above ground pool ?" "Cause we don't have above ground pool stuff"

Called them to investigate leak. Spoke with office staff, explained the type of pool I had, and inquired. Told to register online and choose the diagnostic service for leaks. Did so for an appointment 2 weeks later. They charge your credit card immediately. Then on appointment day, had to call them to find out they couldn't come. Mind you, they tell you if you cancel on them that you lose your money - but they don't have to keep their end of the bargain because "appointment times are tentative and not guaranteed." Finally sends a crew the next day that clearly had no intention of solving the problem. Told me they don't work on gunite pools (even though I had told the staff this is my type of pool), half-heartedly did a dye test on two fittings, then said to call another company to do the leak detection and left after 15 min. Needless to say, waste of time and $150. Really disappointing

Disgusting. Bought new hot tub because the couldn't fix the other one. New hot tub leaked 2 weeks later still not fixed. Service guy Todd was great not so much for the owner clay or Jason who runs the shop. He is nothing more than a lier. So therfore good luck if you deal with them. Pretty pathetic. 5 trips to my house discussed and will seek?

I called Credible Pools on Monday to make an appointment for service. They stated on Thursday a technician would be able to come to our home to troubleshoot. They weren’t able to provide us a time frame for arrival on Thursday. Thursday came and haven’t heard anything till 5pm. Todd from Credible Pools call and said they were unable to keep the appointment due still being at a previous job. I then asked for a discounted rate due to waiting all day then our appointment being cancelled. Todd said he was unable to do that. I would not recommend this business.

On December 10th 2023 my husband and I went to credible pool &spas to look at spas. The salesman introduced us to the dimension one spa. He informed us that they were discontinuing the spa but they would still be able to servicing the spa. We purchased the dimension One spa purchase price $9567.15. December 2024 we had noticed that one of the jet pillows wasn't working it was spraying water. They sent someone out and there was a crack in the line. I got a phone call a few days later that they could not get the part and that they will no longer provide service for the dimension One spa. This year in April the power went out and we lost power to the hot tub. Upon calling them again they could not help us. I do not recommend you getting a product from them their service sucks.

I am extremely disappointed and saddened by their lack of support. They let us down when their support was really needed.
Due to a family emergency, we had to leave town unexpectedly, and I was ASSURED that our pool would be taken care of. I was told someone would be here to ‘balance’ it, make sure the filter and skimmer were clear of debris and I was assured that I had nothing to worry about. The pool will be taken care of. It was not!!! Someone was here the day after we left. He did nothing. They never came back. When we got home, the skimmer was clogged. The filter was filthy and the pressure gauge was broken. The pool has 0 zero chlorine and it is not balanced. They have my phone and I told them to call/text me if they had any problems or couldn’t come out. I heard nothing. They also have access to my water guru so if they checked it, they could see there was a problem. The funny thing is, if they done the job they said they would, I was considering having them take care of it weekly. So disappointed and needed to provide this information for others. Credible Pools was not so credible for me.

My husband and I were referred to Credible Pools by Pentair to repair our pool heater. At first everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They sent their HVAC guy to help us out. The process turned into all wrong parts ordered on our warranty's dime, no updates about the heater from either the HVAC tech or Credible Pools (April-August), and no working heater all summer. We went with a different company and it was resolved within the week. We were very disappointed with the professionalism and lack of commitment by Credible Pools.
