From the initial quote to the final review of the completed work, Mario and his crew were prompt, professional and courteous. Our roof, siding, steps and walkway look amazing! All communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, with email and text alerts. Mario thoroughly explained the process every step of the way while on site. The stones around my flower beds, the the cement patio & steps really made the house look great. My neighbor complemented on how well the house looked. Was searching to find a good company to come out and clean our gutters and power wash the back of our house and patio. Mario and his crew came out the same week we talked to get it all done ahead of our party. Extremely helpful and explained their pricing model. Went above and beyond while on the property taking care of little extras that they saw.

Mario and his team are the best! We had bluestone hardscaping across our property that was suffering from 20 years of wear. The Pros are truly professionals. Edward powerwashed everything and we were amazed to see the colors of the bluestone restored. Bill and Jerry then came in with old world craftsmanship and restored our patio walkways so they look like new. On time. On budget. These guys are the best! If your house needs a refresh these are the guys!

I was in need of someone to power wash some concrete areas at my home, and I was referred to Mario Joseph and Northeast Wash Pros by my landscaper. He responded to me immediately and came to my house the VERY NEXT DAY to get the job done! The difference was NIGHT AND DAY! Concrete that was dark green, brown and even black in some areas was now near WHITE! It even felt clean to walk on barefoot.
