Have been using New Hope Window Cleaning Services for many years. The experienced staff clean windows inside and from the outside, as well as the gutters. We have been very pleased every time with the quality of their work. The service workers are punctual, professional, quick and thorough. Would highly recommend them.

The 2 fellows who did my windows (exterior) did a great job. No streaks, very neat and quick. They did my screens (HOORAY) and even installed them from the outside! I only had to connect one inside hook. I didn’t know that could be done! Bottom line: these guys saved this old lady work!! Thank you!!

I needed a timely fix for my roof gutters and Otto and his crew, in my
opinion were the best choice. The product was of good quality. Work was
done very professionally and neat,clean and orderly. It was a pleasure doing business with Otto and would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they provide. I called on Saturday afternoon and Mr. Alber was able to get a crew out to clean my wndows on Sunday - and there were a lot of windows to clean! They did a wonderful job - cleaned windows inside and out, including screens and tracks and did it all by hand. When they were done you couldn't even tell there was glass there. Absolutely beautiful job and the two gentlemen who performed the service were very pleasant and professional. Haven't seen this kind of service for a very long time.

New Hope Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on our windows! They were courteous, professional, and their window cleaning skills are top notch! If we could give them 10 stars, we would. We will be using them yearly, I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I arranged in March to have exterior home and windows cleaned in May. They never showed up and finally when I reached them”it was too late to start the job”. Jacob never called me until I repeatedly called answering service. 2nd time “weather too bad”
Third time he called after 8am(when should have been here already) to say their business is s”suspended”!!? Don’t know if truth or lie. No wonder if it did go out of business. Most unreliable company I have ever encountered. Lost 3 days of work waiting for them. No integrity. If they actually still are in business:AVOID THEM and save yourself a lot of angst. ZERO stars would be the actual rating.

The only reason I gave them a 4 star was because they were supposed to come there day prior and didn't. They didn't call to let me know but they showed up the next day. Thankfully I work from home so that didn't mess anything up.
The guys were very nice and did a great job! The pricing was reasonable and I would call them again when I need window cleaning done.

New Hope Window Cleaning was very prompt with providing a quote on gutter guards and installation. The installation was great and service was even better when we noticed some areas in heavy rain that needed additional splash guards. The staff was friendly and pricing fair and good value. The team arrived on time, it was a very hot and humid day but it didn't seem to bother he team. I can't say enough about them. Our windows were never so clean thanks to New Hope Window Cleaning. Otto was very easy to work with he was responsive and courteous in our telephone conversations. He returned calls promptly, in this day and age that doesn't happen too often. Give them a call you will be quite satisfied and the rates are reasonable.

I have had New Hope window cleaning for years and they have done a very good job cleaning our windows. The business has been sold Jacob is the manager and they have two young men Ryan and Brendan who were sent out to do our house. These two men are nothing short of dynamic. They are very quick but, very thorough our windows were gleaming, I did not see a smudge anywhere. Their work ethic is astounding for their young age. They are presently doing my brother's home, the windows are being done on the inside and outside with removal of storms on three very large picture windows with the same care and thoroughness that they did at our house. I could not recommend these two young men more highly. Fabulous!!
