New Hope came highly recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy I used them. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job on my windows. It's refreshing to find a company with such great customer service... I'll definitely be using them again!

Great customer service! Otto was very professional and gave me an actual day when they would be out, ( unlike the other companies I called ) His guys were on time and did an excellent job cleaning my gutters.The price was extremely reasonable and will recommend them to everyone I know. Will definitely use them in the future.

The gentlemen that did the work for new Hope window cleaning were very kind, pleasant and professional. I received three quotes for getting our windows cleaned and they came in $500 less than anybody else and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Jacob of New Hope Window Cleaning was very good to work with. Good communication and it didn't take long to get the appointment. We had just moved into a house which had been empty for a while and, needless to say, the windows and screens were extremely dirty, with cobwebs and caked pollen in the wells. The crew of 6 descended upon the house and worked quickly and efficiently. They were all very polite in answering my questions and very accommodating in my requests regarding cleaning. We also had our gutters cleaned. Rather than just leave once they were finished, the crew head made sure to check with me to see how satisfied I was with their work. The windows were amazing clean; however, I wish I had checked the sills and wells rather than just the glass. Those areas could have used a little more attention. But, despite that small hiccup, I would contact New Hope Window Cleaning again for future work.

New Hope Window Cleaning did a fantastic job! I am a repeat customer. I was getting ready to put my house on the market and needed a great window cleaning inside & out. I have several floor to ceiling windows and they look great. Screens too!

I usually don’t write reviews unless they are positive. I tried on multiple times to contact the management at this company. I was told by the young ladies answering the phone someone would contact me but they never did. I had my gutters “cleaned” and a chandelier cleaned. The cleaners were late both times they came by over an hour each time. The gutters were rinsed with a garden hose so any debris that couldn’t be rinsed out is still sitting there. My chandelier sconces were wiped with a damp cloth which doesn’t remove the sticky kind of dust that accumulates over time. I called every day for 5 days and no one returned my call. I emailed and no one answered. So now I would definitely not recommend this company. Next time I get my gutters cleaned I will specifically ask what method they use because this was a waste of money. And the manager did discount my chandelier cleaning but so what it’s not clean!

Hi Jacob- last week I was scheduled between one one one thirty- at 9 am a young man showed up- I told him when my appt was- he said he was told to come to my house- he said he need another guy to clean my chandelier which he didn’t have so we were both unsure why he was even here- he said he would come back at 1:00 his scheduled time- I crated my dogs- at 1:50 I called the office- you said you would check where they were- you called me back and said they were in New Hope and would be en route- at 2:50 they finally showed up- the guys cleaned my chandelier with a rag and changed my light bulbs- then they cleaned my gutters- they told me one of my gutters was misaligned and not draining- later that night when the light was off and I was walking down my staircase I saw that there were fingerprints on all of the sconces. I called you Monday and you said you would be in touch that day. I called Tuesday Wednesday Thursday you never called me. I always had to speak to a receptionist who said they gave you the message. On Thursday when I called Brittany told me you were putting me on the schedule for 8 am Friday. That I was the first client of the day. I crated my dogs again. At 8:20 no guys. I call the office I’m told they’re on their way. They show up around 9:10. They are the same two guys as last time. I was told someone else would be coming out as I had concerns for my gutter which you said you might be able to remedy. They spent 50 minutes here. They used a microfiber cloth to clean the glass sconces. They are still dirty. They offered to keep trying but rubbing with a damp microfiber rag is obviously not an efficient way to clean glass sconces. The young man was very apologetic. When I spoke with the receptionists they were very nice but not at all helpful because they all said you were in charge and would be the only one to help. I think as the office manager this was terrible customer service. You did discount my chandelier cleaning but who cares. I’d rather have someone come on time and actually clean my chandelier. While they got the cobwebs off and changed the bulbs the sconces are still dirty. You never had the good manners to call me and speak with me directly. How are these guys over an hour late to my appointment today if I was the first one. What a total and complete waste of my time this experience was! And the fact that you never got back to me makes it even worse. I give you a big thumbs down.

New Hope Window cleaning did a great job on our house - only exceeded by the awesome customer service! Jared responded immediately to my request and was great at following up to verify that we were pleased with the work (and we are!!!) We will continue to be loyal customers!!

Very efficient and very good work done. I called in for a last-minute gutter cleaning due to water leaking to basement. They responded quickly and did estimate efficiently through email and text message; Gabe and Mia showed up first thing in the morning, cleaned up all the gutters, windows and skylight thoroughly and the whole house feels lightened up!

New to the area, our prior window cleaner did residential windows on the weekend and big New York City skyscrapers during the week. So, our standards are high. The quote from New Hope Window Cleaning was competitive and the job was completed promptly and professionally. New Hope sent three trained men to the job - they asked questions to make certain the job was done correctly. They handled difficult window locations, including multiple skylights, without damage and with perfect results. We will continue asking New Hope Window Cleaning to handle our window cleaning - very satisfied with the service and value.

New Hope windows exceeded my expectations. The guys who did the work were on time and worked diligently together to do a fantastic job. They were respectful and hard working, even cleaned the storm doors and other things I wouldn’t expect them to clean. Price was unbeatable as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I recently moved into my new construction home and needed over 50 windows and 4 sets of French doors cleaned, inside and out.

Scheduling with New Hope Window was easy and the team arrived on time.

They were professional, friendly and very efficient. They were considerate of the interior of my home and made me feel very at ease about the whole process.

They left my windows spotless and worked diligently the entire time they were in my home.

I look forward to having them come out again in the spring to freshen up my windows again.

Minh Farnsworth from this company called and apologized for missing my email and call. She said Jacob had moved, left the company, and she was just notified of the email and call.

I changed my recent 3-star review back to the original 5-star review because Minh was considerate enough to email me to explain the delayed response.

2024 Update to last year's 5-star review:

I contacted this company in the fall of 2024 by email and phone twice regarding a repeat service for gutter cleaning. It has been two weeks, and No one has responded to my email or phone call voice mails, even though I asked them to respond, if they could NOT do the work this year.

Not sure what happened. Had to move on. Changed my 5-star review to 3 stars due to lack of responsiveness.

I used Jacob's New Hope Window Cleaning service to clean the gutters of my home. Two years in a row they sent out the same worker.

Both times he did an excellent, very thorough job of cleaning out the leaves and debris.

My husband and have been long time customers of New Hope Window Cleaning. We always loved the company but even more so since Jacob took over. He and his crew are so professional and competent. Recently, Jacob sent out one of his dream teams of Gabe, Mya and Brendan who cleaned are windows just beautifully inside and out. They were each a pleasure and we enjoyed them being in our home. Today Ryan is power-washing for us with the same level of top notch care and attention. We highly recommend the company!

I’m very happy with the job. They are the BEST!!! Making appointment and getting estimate was done in one day. Price was good considering the highest 3th floor windows. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Crew came on time. Guys were very helpful considering My painter was finishing late and in one room they had to go around him. Very fair market price for washing windows. Very responsive to your calls and scheduling. Two young men showed up to wash all of my windows. Both were very courteous and respectful to both me and my home. They did an excellent job. My windows are sparkling. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was looking forward to using New Hope to have my gutters cleaned. As a first stime homeowner, I relied heavily on the Google reviews for this company. They were supposed to come out last Friday. I received an email the same day that they wouldn't be able to come out in the morning as originally planned because some of their workers were sick. That wasn't a problem. The problem is that they never came out, then sent me a bill for the work they didn't do. When I confronted Minh about it, I told her that I was home, had cameras, and know that the work wasn't done. Thank God I do have cameras; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to prove that they didn't come out. Minh did apologize, but told me that her guys accidentally went to my neighbor's house and cleaned their gutters. That was also untrue. My neighbors are retired, are constantly in their garden, and would never allow someone unauthorized to work on their house (we live in a townhome as part of an HOA). I also can see their home clearly from my home because my office faces their house. NO ONE from this company was out in my development on that day. It's very disappointing that the company would go to these lengths to lie about providing a service when they could have simply rescheduled.

The experience I had working with New Hope Window Cleaning was excellent. I received a timely quote for several jobs at my home, and the quoted rates were incredibly fair. Job scheduling was easy, and the team arrived in a timely fashion on the days services were scheduled. The workers on site were cordial, respectful, and overall were quite professional. They worked efficiently and completed the jobs to our satisfaction. Our windows are crystal clear, our portico is clean, and our gutters were detailed. Making final payment was easy as well through the payment tab emailed once services were completed. I highly recommend New Hope Window Cleaning and plan to use them again next spring for the same services.
