Constraction reviews in Lawrence, Pennsylvania

A solid recourse for any handyman or punchout/labor needs

Professional and very communicative teams to work with. on time arrival, clean work habits , satisfaction for jobs well done.

This team is extremely courteous and professional, but.most of all they are trustworthy and honest. In my case I'm a homeowner that lives 2 states away from the property. Trust is the absolute most important thing on my list in managing projects at my PA property, and SS&S has proven they can be trusted. If you need a project partner who still works as if their reputation depends on the work, then consider SS&S. They are top of my list for future work, no matter how big or small.

This is the best goddamn construction company in Western Pennsylvania

Perfect completion of a difficult job. Could not be happier.

They did an amazing job!

No matter what your need they are the answer & answer with speed! We have taken Residential and Commercial ... and find they are equally skilled at both. A unique concept with a vastly superior outcome.

We are using SSS and couldn't be happier with all of their services. They are incredibly responsive, willing to go above and beyond, and provide exceptional work.

very disappointed. I got a statement of work that I agreed to and the work delivered did not match the work promised. I then got some double-talk and runaround concerning why the work delivered did not match the work promised. Would advise against using this company.

Consummate professionals and great communicators, from the top down. Clearly outlined estimates and met or exceeded expectations for all projects. Fast with response and completion, without sacrificing quality. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

The whole team from start to finish was great to work with! They were very polite and professionally. They got the job done in a timely manner and were quick to respond to all communication. Thank you for your hard work yall!

We consistently receive top notch service. David is fanstastic. Always on top of what we need. Highly recommend SSS's services!

We refer them a lot of business because we trust them and we know they are going to take great care of the people we send to them. We consistently get excellent feedback from the folks that we have sent them. They have an excellent staff and they focus on the appropriate core values.

Did a great job on my kitchen, bathroom and installing new doors. Timely and responsive!

Relationships and reliability count. For the past 2 years Shannon Staley and Sons helped Trisda Group renovate over 26 residential units. This was done during the challenging COVID times. See what the customer has to say...

SSS is a professional, on-time, and skilled team of workers. We love working with them on all kind of projects at North Way Christian Community.

If I could give them ZERO stars and write a review I would. These guys are horrible! My also HORRIBLE Builder S&A Homes contracted with these guys to do warranty work and repairs on my new home. Not only was each guy (and one woman) they sent not qualified to do the job, it cost me money to get their repairs repaired! I was told their BEST trim guy was going to replace the facing and trim on my new kitchen center island. Not only did he nail everything from the face with large nails he super glued everything with a glue gun then set it on my Quartz counter top and it leaked on it! They were suppose to repair a ceiling crack in my master bathroom from a roof leak after I moved in and they did a paint touch up and left the brush hairs IN THE CEILING AND WALL PAINT! I had to tweeze the hair out and repaint everything. The also installed a french door to replace a sliding door that was leaking water like a fountain and the door was in stalled August 2018 and it has so much air coming through it and rain that I now have to hire a REAL contractor to rip it out and re-install it correctly. There is a one inch gap between the door frame and my basement floor! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS they only make things worse.

Great group of professionals at Shannon Staley. I have had the opportunity to work with them on several projects and they have always been efficient, personable, and their work is always to high standards. Highly recommended.

Shannon Staley has a strong team of professionals that delivers high quality work for a very fair price. From minor handyman work to large scale renovations and property management, I highly recommend Shannon Staley and Sons.

Our house was built in 1924, and we knew we might have some surprises once we opened up the walls. Shannon Staley took care of all the problems that came up. Each time, the team acted quickly and creatively to find a solution that was both timely and cost-effective. I was delighted with both the experience and the results.

We are a Design/Build construction company with a $50K minimum job size. We have referred customers with smaller jobs to SS and Sons and they have been very responsive. I know they had a couple of hiccups several years ago due to growth that might have been a little too rapid but they have rebounded in fine form!
