We had a restaurant owner who had a clogged sewer Line. We needed some thing done before opening up for Lunch. We asked another plumbing company but they were to busy and they recommended McVay Plumbing. They gave us a time that worked for us, showed up on time and took care of the clogged line promptly. Thank you big time McVay and we logged your number into our computer for future work.!

Was able to schedule appointment online and had a tech out the next day. He called before he arrived and completed the job in a short amount of time. Offered me reasonable options and didn’t push me to go for the pricier option. Also decent pricing for services provided.

I called McVay to give me an estimate to replace a sewage trap and find out why I had two back up sewage in the past 5 years . Luigi came and saw a sunken pipe and advised me to replace the trap , I didn’t shop around I gave him the job and trusted them to do it right. The crew came roughly 9 days after I signed the contract , I met Chris and Mark both did the work , they were easy to talk too , they listened to my concerns when they were going to backfill the area I didn’t want all the junk like asphalt and old pipes , they were so awesome and nice to work with . When they installed the vent pipe that sticks outside the ground , it was sticking out more towards the driveway I voiced my concern to them Luigi came a little bit later explained to me they could fix it with some adapter to bring it closer to the garden bed but there would be a fee ? This annoyed me a little bit , he saw the work I got my estimate and I should not have to pay an extra $250 to deviate the pipe . I said let me talk to my husband , my husband didn’t care and he said it’s fine, this is an honest review , Luigi was great to work with but at numerous time he mentioned time cost money this rubbed me a little the wrong way . When a customer isn’t shopping around give you the job without hesitation , you see what needs done once the estimate is written than let’s do this and not have extra cost , a happy customer will bring more business . He told me that it could cost me more if we have to dig more toward the house that I knew . Anyway I am glad it’s fixed and hopefully I will never have to deal with sewage in the basement . I also want to add I spoke to Tracy numerous time she was very nice and easy to work with ! Thank you very much I am a happy customer your employees are very polite and listen to any concerns that a homeowner would have when doing any important work .

Showed up on time, very positive introduced himself, we discussed the problem. I showed him the access to the different traps for the drain. Left him alone he knew what he was doing. Shortly after he knocked on front door saying problem solved. He did not just pack up and leave we discussed different problem solving ideas. Excellent service and experience 👏

We had a clogged sewer line at the church, McVay/Mister Sewer not only go there quick but Randy was outstanding in his job and really did a great job for us in fixing the problem. Tech was nice and explained everything to me. No issues, would recommend this company for sewer inspection. I had some problems with my sewer but was given a fair estimate and easy to schedule work. Only issue was tech was in a fender bender and I was not notified of the delay. But that was a small issue.

Arrived at promise time, technician gave detailed overview of how they were going to resolve the drainage issue and corrected the issue in a prompt timeframe.

I was selling my home and the die test failed. I was asked to call the McVay plumbing company. They came in 2 days and were very professional. They showed me what wrong and explained who they could fix it. Everyone in the company that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I just got a good feeling about this company. The will have the work do very soon then I can sell my home.
