Initially, we had a long wait to finally get a team out to do our reconstruction and we had some issues with communication in the head office, however, we are extremely happy with the end result .

Regis and Eric were a fantastic father and son team! They always arrived on time, they were professional and experienced, very hardworking, paid attention to details, and were very polite. We can't say enough about how they gave 110% each and every day they were here. Our family room looks better than new. We can't thank them enough.

Worth the wait! We had a leak in our basement which caused damage to walls, ceiling and floors. We used Duckstein for everything from the estimate through completion of the repairs - today! The employees were all courteous, professional and friendly. We were especially impressed with Eric and Regis who did the carpentry and paint. They were very polite and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Water main blew out under my driveway, sending water into my downstairs room. Duckstein sent two extremely professional young men out who went right to work and had everything cleaned up in no time. They even made friends with my dog so he wouldn't be stressed out while they were there.

After a homeowners claim I had immediate response from Duckstein to examine the put-back work to be done. Communication with scheduling, scope of work, and options was excellent. When the crew (Matt and Brian) initially came they were punctual, professional, and personable. Over the course of the project it was obvious these guys really cared about their work and going above/beyond treating the job as if was their home. They moved quickly but did not rush the smallest of details and were a pleasure to have in my home. After completion the finished product was better than it was prior to my loss. If I ever need projects done in my home in the future, Duckstein will be my first call. I am an insurance agent and will definitely refer them as well. Thanks to everyone there involved.

Regis and Eric are very trustworthy, friendly, and perform quality work. We suffered heavy water damage and after their timely repairs, you cannot tell that anything happened. They were very neat and treated our place like their own home. I highly recommend them and Duckstein Restoration!

We experienced some flooding and water damage after a pipe had burst. Eric & Regis did an incredible job restoring our basement and now looks even better than before. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and overall a pleasure to be around. The process was much smoother than we expected and would recommend their services to anyone.

However, the crew that did the repairs, Regis and Eric, were the best workers I could have hoped for. Good communication and a very professional operation. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get on the schedule. Our workers, a father-and-son team named Regis and Eric, were very thorough and professional. They were great. Protected my floors and removed my broken dishwasher. They provided remediation services for me. Explained the process very well. Showed up when they said they would and always called before the appt to say they were on their way. Great company and would highly recommend for any water remediation you may need.

They repaired our bedroom walls after getting water damage. They repaired the dry wall, sanded, painted with a perfect color match, and replaced the baseboards. They also were happy to move furniture as needed and cleaned up after themselves. These are the guys you want when you need restoration work done.

I had a water leak from master shower, Regis and Eric came out to do the work, and all I got to say is wow, this father, son duo was amazing they were very cautious about covering everything and keeping every work zone very clean. My kids were so excited to see they were still at the house when they got off school just to hang out and talk to them. There work was outstanding they do such amazing work so much detail. We had 3 rooms of damage due to a toilet supply line breaking. Rege and Eric were assigned to do our repairs. They worked so well together, being very detail oriented, punctual, and always cleaned up after themselves. They did an AMAZING job and when completed, looked even better as they said it would. Rick was great in matching everything that was damaged and in some cases better than the originals. I would highly recommend Duckstein if you ever have damage or restoration needs.

Duckstein did a great job on the cleanup of our massive flood. They were a pleasure to work with so much that I specifically requested them again for a different flood two years later. Craig, Jim, Corey and the rest of the team are solid guys helped to make the best of a stressful situation.

After a plumbing company accidentally broke a pipe and had no way to shut off the water, my basement flooded for 20 minutes straight. My insurance company hired Duckstein Restoration, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their quick response.

They arrived within a couple of hours and immediately got to work. Their team cut drywall, removed insulation, and took out damaged carpet padding to prevent further issues. They also set up fans and dehumidifiers, and within 48 hours, 90% of the water was gone.
