Milnarcik is such a poor business. I paid him $40,000 to do some patios for us. He was on the high side but took a chance on him. After he completed the work, we had major problems. Took him 1 year to come back and try and fix the problems. Now, we have even bigger issues with our patio being wet, now mold, sand washing away and after 1.5 months of calls, texts, emails, etc. He will not respond at all. He got his money, so guess he is off to another project to take money from people. He is awful. Always complained about not having workers. Never showed up on days he was supposed to show up. Never trust this guy.

We had Jeff re-do our front landscaping last year. It turned out wonderful. We called him again to landscape our back yard when we added our in-ground pool. Jeff came up with an amazing design, and did an excellent job with the install. He did a paver patio, sidewalk, multiple sets of stone stairs, retaining walls, boulders, landscape and pathway lighting, shrubs, trees, and more. The grass has started to fill and and is coming in great. With the right equipment, he was able to get decent soil out of the trash dirt we had. I wanted to revamp my garden beds but didn’t have the time to do the work myself. I called Milnarick Landscaping and Jeff promptly came out gave me a quote and got the job done. The garden and landscaping turned out beautiful and looks so neat and tidy a huge improvement from what it was. When Jeff and his crew were done you wouldn’t even know they were here they cleaned up everything leaving just a well put together and maintained landscaping. While Jeff was here we discussed plans for a new patio/deck area which we are going to tackle this fall. I am very happy with his work and that I didn’t have to spend days doing it myself. I replaced massive creosote retaining wall and stairway in my front yard that was effectively excavating itself due to rain. This projected also required the replacement of lead water-line and existing gas-line before building the new Versa-Lok wall(s). I reached out to nine different contractors, many of whom wouldn't touch this project.

Great Company. Ordered 10 yards of gravel and the whole process was very easy. The delivery driver was awesome and placed all the gravel right where I asked him too. Will definitely do business with them again.
