MMC has been responsible for snow removal for our condominium community. They have been on top of the storms. Very responsive and professional.

If I could give MMC Land Management a ZERO I would. The HOA that runs our community hired this company & while MMC worked in our community they did alot of property damage. They did so much property damage that the HOA finally went with another company to take care of the property maintenance. Some of the damages people experienced were ruts in their yards when MMC would do the snow removal,edges of their driveways cracked because MMC would use their pick up trucks with their big plows to plow driveways that weren't much longer than a car length & damaged siding on the Townhouses with their weed wackers & lawn mowers while cutting grass. I experienced the damage to the siding on my Townhouse on two different occasions causing multiple gashes to siding. The first time my house got hit MMC did come back to make the repairs. They second time my house got hit they came out to fix the siding but didn't take care of several pieces of damaged siding & the areas they did attempt to fix didn't get fixed properly. I contacted MMC myself & they refused to come back out to make the proper repairs. MMC told me on the phone how they spent thousands of dollars making repairs in our community because of the damages that were done & if I had any issues regarding my siding I was now to contact my HOA. Why would I contact my HOA to fix the damages when it was MMC that caused them not the HOA. Even after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau MMC still refused to come back out & make the repairs. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

I have worked with MMC land Management at several commercial properties. My account manager, Mark, is always very professional, responsive, and willing to meet on site to answer any questions and go over new projects.

This company cuts the grass at the apartment complex I live at and they do a truly poor job. Neither me or my neighbors are ever impressed with the job they do. You can tell they rush and just want the check from the apartment complex.

MMC Land Management is a great family owned and operated company. They are the true America dream story. Self built, hard working, honest people. They believe in their employees and put people ahead of money. I’d recommend them to any HOA housing type area or commercial property owner

This company is under contract with Clever Road Estates for snow removal. On Monday night, one of their drivers backed into my driveway way too fast and crushed the driver's side front of my Jeep. I contacted the HOA and they contacted MMC and provided my contact information.
UPDATE: After this post I was contacted by the company to get my information and their insurance company just contacted me. However, I was informed that some people in our community were being extremely aggressive, pounding on the vehicle and yelling at the driver and other employees. The company said that he was so traumatized and scared that he didn't realize where he was in my driveway. This is unacceptable. I don't know who the person or persons were, but these people are trying to do the best that they can given the very stressful conditions. Further, they are being scheduled where to go based on priorities and all contractual requirements by the dispatcher. We should never, ever, take out our frustrations on the people trying their best to do their job. If you have a problem, contact the company or your HOA, or write a review. Companies do read these reviews. But treating these employees like this is unacceptable. At this time, this issue is being addressed to my satisfaction by MMC Land Management as it's now in the hands of the insurance company.

Excellent service at very reasonable price. Family owned and very dedicated to doing the work. Took my overgrown, extremely weed filled yard back to a totally landscaped yard. Will definitely hire again for any yard services I need.

This review is late, but I have to give Milnarcik Landscaping a 5-star rating! After being strung along by an unreliable landscaper last summer, I contacted Jeff in mid-July for a few big projects that needed completed in time for our son’s late September wedding. Not only did he come through for us big time, but he and his crew completed everything a few weeks early. Jeff offered great design elements for the wedding arbor area, walkways and a smaller project with a house number stone and landscaped area. They were friendly, courteous, and did what they said what they’d do! Hard to come by these days. He saw everything through from A to Z, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Kudos to Milnarcik Landscaping👏👏👏
