Jeff and his crew transformed our front yard from an overgrown hodge-podge to a great and welcoming area. His price was slightly below several other estimates for the same job. The job included replacing an old retaining wall and cutting a completely new landscaped area. The job was completed in a timely manner and has greatly enhanced our home.

I would highly recommend Milnarcik Landscaping for all of your landscaping and hardscaping needs. They are hardworking, detailed oriented, and take pride in the work they do. I gave them creative freedom for the work needed at my house and they transformed the area into amazing entry way.

If you are looking for a landscaper who charges top dollar, does not answer or return your phone calls, emails, or texts, makes promises with no follow through, and does not back up their work, than Milnarcik Landscaping is the perfect fit for you. Jeff, the owner, is the most unreliable/untimely individual I've ever had work at my home. He takes your money and then "ghosts" you, moving on to his next "new" job...forgetting about his prior customers and commitments. His immaturity shows in his lack of professionalism and customer service as a business owner. It has been a disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with Milnarcik Landscaping throughout the past year. This company is well-deserving of the one-star rating, and I would strongly recommend not using him.

Jeff came to my house initially and took some measurements. He provided me with a very professional explanation and printed layout of what he was going to do, so I could approve it. Once I approved it, he scheduled the work a lot sooner than I thought he would, which was a pleasant surprise. The work he did is night and day from what I originally had, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Milnarcik landscaping for anyone looking to upgrade the look of their house.

It'll be two years this spring since Milnarcik Landscaping completely redid my front yard - driveway wall, steps, porch, lighting, and all landscaping. It looks tremendous.

Jeff has worked for me for 6 years and I have never had a problem with his service or him. I am a senior citizen and completely trust his integrity. He has done major landscaping and maintenance for me. Also does what he promises, gives a fair price and follows thru. Just take a look at my front yard. All my close neighbors have commented on my having the best looking yard in the plan. Would highly recommend Jeff.

We have hired Jeff for about 7 years now. He is very passionate about his work and it shows in the quality of the jobs that he does. He has done everything from cut our grass to build a decorative wall to trim overgrown evergreens to mulching and weed prevention. he always has a smile on his face and a ‘can do’ attitude. Landscaping can be a tough business. too much rain, too little rain... so many things affect the outcome of your work. Jeff seems to be able to overcome his challenges and produce a great product. We would recommend Jeff in a heartbeat. and we have!

I have received so many unsolicited compliments on my landscaping and paver sidewalk that Jeff did for me last Fall. He completely transformed my overgrown front landscaping to an appealing and well-designed layout. The pavers sidewalk he installed to replace the old concrete sidewalk, as well as the outdoor lighting, is stunning.

We had our paver patio done March of 2022 it has been a horrible experience
Pavers are still currently wet and turning green poly sand is coming out. We were patient went an entire year waiting for him to make it better he had no interest he was already paid

We recently hired Milnarcik Landscaping to transform our eyesore of a hillside into a thing of beauty. Our project was quite large and many other companies had given us quotes that were significantly more expensive or never returned our calls. Jeff gave us a detailed plan with a visual layout of the project in a timely manner that broke down the cost. He and his crew worked extremely hard to make our backyard beautiful. They were one of the few companies we have worked with that showed up on time and everyday. They even worked late into the evening and on the weekend. Jeff and his crew were responsive to questions along the way. We have used him for several small projects since, and will continue to do so. He consistently returns my calls and messages and is prompt with his service. I would highly recommend his company for your landscaping needs.
