It's a pleasure to have a neighborhood shop to buy plants, gardening supplies, yard decor and pet supplies. Each time I've been there, I always leave with what I needed. I look forward to my visits there.

nice people, lot of good, healthy dog treats that don't cost ridiculous $. good plant selection in the spring and summer. big selection of concrete stuff for gardens. kind of jumbled together in the store but, that's sort of the charm of the place.

Really great small nursery. Has a wonderful selection of plant starters that you can tell are well cared for, and the employees always help by taking soil bags to your car. Really enjoyable experience every time.

Top quality products. Owner and son are gracious and helpful. Store and parking lot are neat and clean. Evident that these folks take pride in their business.

I like taking my dog here. The treats are reasonable proced. The owners are very friendly. Its pet friendly. My dog goes in and choses his treats.
I've never actually bought yard stuff here so I cant comment on that. We go strictly for the treats.

I shop here on a regular basis because of the dog food that they stock. My dog loves it and the prices are comparable (sometimes less) than the big pet stores. The people who own (?) the Yard Place are very helpful and they know their industry.

This local place is perfect for many reasons. I started coming here to get propane tanks filled (filled full!) for the cheapest price around. Then I met the owner, Ray, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always has excellent tips on keeping your yard in top shape. I now come here for simple landscaping supplies, including mushroom manure, soil, and marble stones. If you are a pet owner, he has all the supplies you would need as well! The staff is always so helpful with loading material in your car. If you live in the Kennedy Twp, Robinson, or McKees Rocks area, go here if you need just about anything for your yard! I’m a proud customer!

This place feels like home. Family run and prices are lower than some of the major Big Box Chain.

I love this place. Im here about once a week. I buy most of my dog treats here. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced but its the family that keeps me coming back. They are always friendly and really give you the hometown feel.
