So very happy. Lynn and Tiffany helped me clean up after my son's graduation party at our home. They brought all of their own supplies and were so quick and thorough!!! I was so satisfied that I called a few months later and Aleisha and Courtney gave my home another thorough cleaning - including Courtney wiping the louvers of each of my plantation shutters Aleisha vacuuming dog fur from carpeted stairs, that were not part of the job, just because it bothered her? Satisfied customer for sure. I will be calling again.

I made an appointment with Merry Maids, we unfortunately had to cancel our appointment but I wanted to give them a good review because their communication is Phenomenal!!!! So quick and easy to deal with. They are so kind! We are definitely going to be making a future appointment!

Merry Maids does a wonderful job with my apartment. Today Chelsea and Kristi arrived on time. They were most pleasant and professional. They worked hard, paying attention to every detail (even as far as lining up some shoes under the bed). We had a great conversation, and I hated to see them go! Overall, this is an outstanding service!

I have had this service a few times. The last time they came, I had just gotten out of a major surgery. The maid did not clean anything around me, or the room I was in (living room). I can't get around very well and this was very upsetting to me. Since this was mainly my resting spot for a while while I recuperate.
So, voicing my concern, rescheduling the service for another week, I waited three hours for them to come. It was only AFTER they were supposed to come, I got a text saying they are unable to come and clean. So, I am going with another service. I cannot do much around the house and the service would have been very beneficial during this time for me.

Just very disappointed in this entire experience with them.
I would absolutely NOT recommend them as a cleaning service.

I have been very happy with the service I receive with Merry Maids. The office is quite efficient with schedule changes, etc., as well as being super-friendly. The person who services our house, Christine, is very thorough and leaves our house spotless! For me, it is a lifesaver not having to spend my weekends scrubbing floors and bathrooms. Plus, the house smells good when I return. I definitely recommend them!

Jordon was so friendly and Explained the process well, which was helpful since it was my first time. Also, both cleaning team members did a great job making my house feel, smell, and look clean and organized. Would highly recommend Jordon and Ashley as a team! Thank you!!

Would highly recommend her! Her team member, Allan, also provided a great clean. He was thorough and polite. Lastly, Linda provides a great concierge of services. She is clearly in tune with her team and ensures the customer is happy with the overall services provided. Linda anticipates the customer’s needs and consistently has a pleasant demeanor. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I contacted Merry Maids to have a deep clean of my parents’ home. I set things up with Dan, and he was great to work with. Taya did a walk through of the home, and was both kind and helpful. The actual cleaners (so sorry, I wish I recalled their names) did an absolutely phenomenal job. My parents’ home hasn’t ever looked this good. They went above and beyond my expectations, and are worth every penny. Thank you!

Emily came to clean our house for the first time and when she left the house smelled fresh and clean and was very tidy. Great job cleaning! Teresa and Kathy in the office are always a pleasure to speak with. They are very responsive to questions and always guarantee their services. We love Merry maids in Robinson! We will be using them weekly! The value for service is excellent.
