Great communication! They came about 3-4 professional with smile on their faces, they cleaned after my tenants left and trashed the place, didn't complain, did a great job! Highly recommended! I will definitely call again!

I hired Shadyside House Cleaning to help with some specific maintenance cleaning that I outlined for them. They arrived four hours later than scheduled, did only some of the tasks on my list, and did other things that I did not ask them to do in ways that were not at all helpful or appreciated. When I followed up with them about this issue, they claimed they did in fact do all the tasks, but if that’s the case they were not done well. The first floor looked great, but second and third floors were still dirty and rugs were not vacuumed despite being on the to do list. Will not be using their services again unfortunately.

Attention to detail. Came in at a timely manner and very efficient. Cleanes the entire bathroom and other rooms scheduled. Have a couple of dogs and cleaned their mat where their food bowls are.

Had them clean the house for my dad right after he came home from an extended stay in the hospital. What can I say? Everything looked awesome. The windows, blinds, floors, ledges, tabletop, chairs, bathroom....everything was spotless!
