Invoiced us for work yet to be started and in an amount $457,003 more (17.79 x more). Better Business Bureau indicates a rating of B- with I believe now 15 complaints filed. Wow was i surprised at their Google rating so high.

Are these guys are really good they made my house smell good again it was easy to breathe it's a little noisy but it's worth it because they took the smell of the burning house out completely and made it snow fresh again like it was just painted and all the guys are nice that I met professional and very courteous I'd recommend them to anybody that needs your services use them they're worth it

The service technician was very professional. We had requested that he evaluate for possible mold and recommend what service might be needed.He explained that no service for mild removal was needed as no mold was present. He suggested measures we could take to correct appearance.

Lynzie introduced me to Servpro in 2022, she stopped in and left some information about Servpro and the services they provide.
Shortly thereafter Lynzie followed up with a phone call and set an appointment to come in and meet to further discuss the services that can be provided if needed.
Lynzie set us up with an app on our phones that we have entered all the important contacts and other important information we would need in the event there was an emergency at the school.
Lynzie was very knowledgeable of the services that are offered by Servpro and was also very professional and personable at all times whether we met in person or spoke on the phone.

The crew chief was Andrew and his Tech was Alex but there was also a David that came here the first time a Chris and I can't remember everyone's name but from the very first phone call until we're still into it the equipment still here these people have showed the utmost customer service that I've seen in many many years. In a day and age where being polite being on time and addressing the needs of the customer whether you think they're silly or not is a thing of the past these guys were awesome I really can't say enough about them and I just wanted someone in their company to know what a great bunch of men you hired thank you so much I was so stressed about this whole ordeal and so far you guys have made it pretty painless thank you.
