I highly recommend ServPro Team Dobson. I’ve used them twice now and they were fantastic both times. Bob Jonda was my project manager/estimator and he was professional and quoted me very fair prices each time. The workers were punctual and respectful of my property. They left my house looking better than how they found it, which was the whole point of hiring them. I can’t recommend them enough, and will be referring them to everyone I know!

Your company does a great job. The people you have working for the company do a great job. They go the extra effort to please the customer. Kevin is a strong leader, good communicator, and was a pleasure to work with. I will recommend using Servpro to others.

Servpro helped us out after hurricane Helene. They were responsive to all of my questions and did a great job of drying everything out, removing all the cabinets and wall board and cleaning up the floors and showers!

Servpro did a great job taking care of a condo in FL that had two feet of storm surge from hurricane Helene. I was not there so they sent me before and after photos and keep me apprised of progress along the way. The estimate was accurate and they were very nice to work with. I hope I never need them again but would definitely recommend them.

Katelyn, Michael and the entire crew were so kind, personable and timely during our water emergency. They remedied the situation and were easy to communicate with at all points of service. Hopefully we don’t have any water emergencies, but if we do I will definitely call this office and hope to work with this crew again. Thank you!

I attended a Kid Rock concert that was hosted by Servpro and it was an amazing experience! The combination of great music and delicious food and flowing drinks made for an unforgettable night. The pre-concert tent set up had everything you could imagine with various seating areas, fun photo ops, delicious bbq and drink stations. The first class treatment continued during the concert with a private suite with more food and drinks to enjoy, not to mention the private bathrooms was an unexpected bonus🤣

It was a perfect blend of entertainment, food/drinks and top notch treatment that left us all with happy memories 🎸🎶🎤

Over Easter weekend a pipe broke in my master bath and I gave Servepro a call and they came out immediately. Andrea and her team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They were very Professional kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and I truly appreciate everything they did for me thanks guys. You were wonderful.

Ok. Here is a shout out to employee , Katelyn Gout. Started rough as the office provided her with the wrong address to our church and sent her to Pittsburgh instead of Clarion county first but she took the time to still drive the entire way up here and meet me to try and help us out. This is above and beyond the call of duty and she should be commended for this act of professionalism. Such a pleasure to work with. Our little church suffered a catastrophic furnace malfunction which has caused a real mess and I personally appreciate as a service employee myself that there are some people out here willing to go above and beyond to service a customer. You folks better figure out a way to keep this girl employed with your company. There isn't many left

Very high quality company to work with. I recently contacted this company on behalf of my parents who had a water leak in their basement. Within a few hours, they had a crew onsite who began removing the walls and ceiling. They also coordinated to have a plumber come out. They worked very well with their insurance company. It was really a seamless process. Not only was the crew fast and efficient, but they were kind. Everyone form the estimator to the general manager to the tradesman were kind, caring, and compassionate. Most importantly: they were honest and hard working. The repairs are nearly complete and it looks better than before the damage happened. I would highly recommend Duckstein!

Duckstein Restoration is the most competent and caring crew I’ve ever experienced. Duckstein was assigned by my insurance company when we had a significant amount of water damage to my house and did a fantastic job with the dry-out. When we had another similar issue a few months later, I called them immediately and received the same great service. Highly recommend!

Beware! This company took advantage of me during a crisis (flood). In April, they ripped out 2’ of drywall in every room of my finished basement to remove the wetness, and they put fans in for a few day, that’s it (I removed flooring, furniture, etc. on my own). The bill was over $3100!!! I did agree to $3k IF they could also provide an estimate and schedule to repair and put my basement back together, but they never answered me when called repeatedly. Craig DID get back to me about the invoice (2 months later) and instead of trying to help to solve my concerns about the unfinished commitment, he threatened to take me to the magistrate. Who does this to their customers? It is a shame that this company takes advantage of people in crisis. DO NOT HIRE Duckstein if you expect restore + repair, they over commit and under deliver. They left my house a complete mess….UNACCEPTABLE.

Ted and Mark were great! They were kind, friendly and did a great job restoring our basement. Rick was great too. He kept me informed every step of the way.

Highly recommendation Duckstein Restoration, They are professional, polite and responsive. We had a major pipe burst while we were out of town. Our neighbor saw water running out of our house and contacted us. It was horrible, the water was running for almost one full day. Almost every room was destroyed. Our insurance company recommended a few restoration companies. We choose Duckstein from their reviews and BBB rating. Also knowing they could do the job from start to finish. After making the first call to their office the crew was out the same day evaluating and speaking with our insurance adjuster.

Duckstein made our house look like brand new construction! Don't hesitate to use the services of Vic Duckstein and his crew They go above and beyond.

Regis and his son Eric fixed my home and did an incredible job. Both are extremely knowledgeable and talented in many facets of restoration work. I can't thank them enough for all they did to restore my home. I immediately felt comfortable that they were in fact the experts I needed. If you had 10 stars the rating wouldn't be enough, they are that good. How fortunate I am to have had such professional and talented men who cared about my home and every aspect of the many repairs needed.

This is the most awesome company i've ever had working at my home, thanks to Eric and Regis Mentkowski. The renovation they did on my front enclosed porch was top notch. They took their time to explain to me in detail, step by step, what they would be doing, welcomed my feedback, and did not rush through the job, as some other companies have in the past. Communication was wonderful.
Regis and Eric didn't even mind my curious cats checking them out, who also gave an "A OK" to their work lol. They made me feel like i could talk to them about anything. Going forward, I will call Duckstein when i need any future work done on my home, and will request Eric and Regis again. It was refreshing, dealing with people of integrity and credibility. Initially, we had a long wait to finally get a team out to do our reconstruction and we had some issues with communication in the head office, however, we are extremely happy with the end result .

Regis and Eric were a fantastic father and son team! They always arrived on time, they were professional and experienced, very hardworking, paid attention to details, and were very polite. We can't say enough about how they gave 110% each and every day they were here. Our family room looks better than new. We can't thank them enough.

Worth the wait! We had a leak in our basement which caused damage to walls, ceiling and floors. We used Duckstein for everything from the estimate through completion of the repairs - today! The employees were all courteous, professional and friendly. We were especially impressed with Eric and Regis who did the carpentry and paint. They were very polite and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Water main blew out under my driveway, sending water into my downstairs room. Duckstein sent two extremely professional young men out who went right to work and had everything cleaned up in no time. They even made friends with my dog so he wouldn't be stressed out while they were there.

After a homeowners claim I had immediate response from Duckstein to examine the put-back work to be done. Communication with scheduling, scope of work, and options was excellent. When the crew (Matt and Brian) initially came they were punctual, professional, and personable. Over the course of the project it was obvious these guys really cared about their work and going above/beyond treating the job as if was their home. They moved quickly but did not rush the smallest of details and were a pleasure to have in my home. After completion the finished product was better than it was prior to my loss. If I ever need projects done in my home in the future, Duckstein will be my first call. I am an insurance agent and will definitely refer them as well. Thanks to everyone there involved.

Regis and Eric are very trustworthy, friendly, and perform quality work. We suffered heavy water damage and after their timely repairs, you cannot tell that anything happened. They were very neat and treated our place like their own home. I highly recommend them and Duckstein Restoration!

We experienced some flooding and water damage after a pipe had burst. Eric & Regis did an incredible job restoring our basement and now looks even better than before. They were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and overall a pleasure to be around. The process was much smoother than we expected and would recommend their services to anyone.
