I can not say enough good things about this company. A couple times each year my company uses their services. In all of my experiences I am able to make 1 phone call and Servepro handles everything from that point on till I need to pay them. The service I always receive is 2nd to none and as effortless as possible for me. These guys take care of my customers when called upon and make my company look good at the same time.

Zero follow up, open your ceiling and leave. Four months, nothing. Several emails and phone calls, nothing. Like it never happens.

The crews that came in to clean and restore my home after serious water damage were amazing. The crews were patient, compassion, hard working, and quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were invited to the hospitality tent at a Kid Rick concert in Youngstown. The ServPro tent was amazing! Everyone was very nice and the inside of the tent was completely laid out. The ServPro team is the best. Great to have on speed dial if/when nature or humans create disastrous events. They were there when my 2 year old flooded our kitchen by leaving an upstairs faucet on blast for an hour. When you have no idea what to do next, they will hold your hand and get you through it!

For the mitigation portion I worked with Jeremy, Dakota and Bobby and their crew. Absolutely the BEST experience. Answered all questions. Did a FaceTime walk thru when I couldn’t be there. Just put me at ease and handled everything smoothly.

I had water damage come through my home the sales man and stabilization team was here within a day. And restoration began within the same week. Very fast, helpful and resourceful. I have medical issues and Shawn T. noticed immediately and came to check up on me. Zoe and the rest of the crew came for the mitigation work. Zoe stood out and had many conversations with me and my husband. We needed removal of gym equipment. She came on her day off to get it removed from our basement and out of my way! I’m forever grateful for all the company has done while we worked with them!

Being an insurance agent, we refer SERVPRO to our clients when a situation arises in which their services are needed- such as water damage in basement, water clean-up, mold remediation, amongst other things. I had the unfortunate circumstance of sewage water backing into my home from a City Line that was clogged. I contacted the ServPro and two individuals responded the same day from the Erie office. They were Anthony Meredith and Kenn Beckwith.
Anthony and Kenn were great, worked several hours to get my home in order and scheduled themselves to come back the following day.
Early the following day I had the same problem and when they arrived they had to start all over again. Their attitudes were great, they were very professional and their knowledge of the business was off the "charts".
During the 4-day period that they were involved, I was able to communicate with them via cell phone after hours and that put my family and I at peace.
In addition, two females responded to determine the items that had to be destroyed versus the items that I could keep. They were equally as knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. Also, very professional and great knowledge of the business. Their names are Ashley Cassel and Hanna Racine.
I am so glad that I chose ServPro to handle this job for me. I feel very blessed to have gotten this team of people.

We called Servpro after hurricane Helene flooded our half of a duplex on Anna Maria Island. They came out and gave us a price and were great to deal with. Before they were even started, we were hit with another hurricane so we were a little delayed, but certainly not their fault. We had one hiccup but they had great communication and quickly remedied the problem. Thank you Servpro team!!
