My grandfather has been using Tru Green for years and he’s been so appreciative of their service. Especially his specialist Desmond Ford. Tru Green always treats us well. Definitely will be working with them for a long time.

Do not pick Trugreen for your service for your lawn. They send out inexperienced people that don’t even spread the granules over your entire lawn. The person that Service my lawn missed half the lawn as I watched him on my camera. He only did half of the back and was there for approximately three total minutes. Tried calling Tru green numerous times left five messages with the guy that signed me up and he has yet to return my phone call and it’s been going on a week so I canceled my service. Please go somewhere else if you’re thinking about lawn service.

TruGreen has made my lawn look so much better...weeds and brown spots are just about a thing of the past...I suggest if you want a beautiful lawn give them a call... William Vidra did a great job this morning....

First time customer……technician knocked on the door to announce his presence in our yard. He was efficient and had the job completed done in a timely manner.

My lawn is looking great and the lawn technicians have been great. William Vidra provided 5 Star Service.

Very professional. He rang the doorbell to alert me he was here then he began his work. He walked the entire yard sprayed the weeds. He appeared to be clean and neatly dressed. Thanks

The service I received was good. My specialist, William R Vidra, did a thorough job; except now it started raining so who knows how the grass will turn out.

William R Vidra gave us the best customer service. He made sure he covered every inch of of yard Highly recommend him

Shane did our service today and did a great job communicating and helping to improve our lawn. Showed him problem areas and he treated those areas. Gave tips on how to help with continued improvement with our lawn .

I have had two treatments from TruGreen at this point and the results in such a short amount of time have been absolutely stunning!!!

We had our first weed control application today! I highly recommend asking for Desmund Ford. He was quick, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of the questions I had both before and after the service was completed! Very satisfied!

Made a change in lawn service this season. I'm very pleased with the improvement in my lawn that TruGreen has achieved in a relatively short period of time. I would like to mention a commendation for the last technician that serviced my lawn. His name is William Vidra. Looking forward to more improvement next season!!

We have been with TruGreen Lawn Care for 20 plus years! We have Never been disappointed! Never a weed! The lawn care workers are always respectful and if you ever have an issue, it's immediately taken care of. Thanks TruGreen; I can always walk on the lawn barefoot and only feel soft grass and earth!

I used TruGreen many years ago. I moved to Florida where are community was taken care of by our HOA. I moved to Illinois in the country. Contacted TruGreen because I know what an outstanding job they do. My lawn looks amazing. My TruGreen tech Jack B knows his stuff. I wouldn’t use any other company.

I am extremely dissatisfied with TruGreen lawn care service and so are multiple others I spoke with in the neighborhood. This is the second year I have used them instead of using a different service. Problems started a month or more ago and they came out and said they would take care of it by applying some product. Things started to green up a little but soon turned worse and are now even worse. Others in the neighborhood who are using other lawn services have much better looking lawns. I called and I was told they would be out for a "free" service call yesterday and that the service manager in Monroeville would call me (Still waiting for hear from someone) to find out what the problem is and for them to correct it. (part of their so called program guarantee).

According to an email I received they did come out to look at the lawn yesterday but did not do anything. No information was left at the door and since we were home no one came to the door to let us know they were there or to discuss. To date no one has contacted me and things are no better.

The attached photo shows what my lawn looked like early yesterday morning. It is an absolute mess...and I am paying for this service???? My next door neighbors lawns look no better. Their back yard looks like brown hay field. This is not a watering issue as we and the neighbors do have sprinkler systems. When I mentioned to my neighbor that I was supposed to hear from service manager they too have been calling Trugreen to report problems. I also then checked with my neighbor across the street and they too were calling TruGreen as they are not satisfied.

Very disappointed and will be discussing with others whose lawn looks fine to change to the lawn care service they are using.

The technician did a thorough job aeriating the lawn. Very pleased. We're happy he did the Gilmore side of the lawn too. It really needed it. Great job 👍

I really wanted to use this company, as one of my coworkers who I trust use it, but they are too unorganized and inconsistent in setting anything up.

I talked to someone for almost an hour about different services and told them I just had to make sure it was right and I would let them know the next day. They don’t have extensions or callback numbers so you have to wait for them or book on the spot. The person was off the next day so they said they would call me back Friday afternoon.

Between the time I got off with them and Friday afternoon, about 8 people have called and text. Nobody has any of my info or request quotes from the first convo. I talked to someone yesterday and their price was different. I told them I wanted to talk with the first guy and they told me it doesn’t work like that.

Nobody told me about the packages or what can be combined for discounts, it’s just 75% off and 15% off and the amounts don’t match up with the percentages.

There are too many options to try and deal with anything like this. My local small guys I use regularly for grass cut and landscaping (2 companies) are significantly easier and better to deal with.

They told me here nobody will come to my house for an evaluation but that’s what’s shown on the site. Beware

Previous 3 applications weren’t good at all but Mr William Rvidra is such a good guy who took time to treat my yard. If you send this type of person in every application then I can continue.

My experience with Specialist William R Vidra was great he is courteous and well informed about the services provided👍🏽
