Good customer service for the first time. After that not getting back to me regarding a problem I’m having. I would say if you don’t care about customer service, just the price this is good but I care about after sell customer service.

The price was fair for the number of trees that we needed to removed, the guys that performed the work were on time, and cleaned up they did a great job!

The man in the bucket who did the cutting was amazing & this was one of those times that paying a little more actually saved me. Todd Sherbondy came out to our property today to inspect our trees, as they appear to be quite sick and damaged. He was so friendly, patient, and detailed. I feel like I have a much better understanding of what is going on with my trees, and even the soil. I know what to expect as they age and what I can do to keep them healthy and/or prevent further damage. Todd was very realistic about their condition and about what we and they can do about it, and helped us figure out which trees were a priority and which could wait. It's obvious that Todd loves his work and truly cares about his clients. I feel so lucky to have had him stop by, not only for our trees, but because he is also just a lovely person to talk to. We're really looking forward to working further with him!

Davey Tree crew came to prune out our giant PinOak and cut some dead limbs. The job was executed swiftly and professionally. Clean-up afterward was amazing. It was like they were never here cutting and chipping. This is the second time we have used Davey Tree and are very happy with their services. Will continue to use in the future.

I contacted Davey because my Hemlocks were suffering from Wooly Adelgid. I met with Todd Sherbondy and we discussed options for treatment. A week later Todd and technician Julie treated my hemlocks and will be back in the fall to fertilize them. Todd was very knowledgeable and I've enjoyed meeting and working with him. The workers were hard workers and worked together to get the job done. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Our biggest tree needed a lot of dead wood removed and trimmed-it looks amazing! Our Japanese maple had loads of dead wood inside and the person doing that actually laid on her back and trimmed it all away! AMAZING!!

We hired them for a big job. To cut down more than 10 trees, trim several others and cut out wisteria and such. They were at our house for 3 days. They did an amazing job. We are very happy with the results.
