William R Vidra serviced my lawn today. He was very good at answering all my questions. We went over areas of my lawn that I had a concern about. He sprayed the whole lawn well and I hope my issues start to go away. Good guy!

William R Vidra did an excellent job at my house, 319 Commonwealth Ave, West Mifflin and my sister's house nextdoor, 311 Commonwealth Ave. He did not miss anything and finished quickly.

My yard has never looked worse. TruGreen repeatedly miss appointments, they did not apply grub treatment earlier in the year which resulted in half of the lawn dying.

I have multiple incidents where they told me that they had done a service but had never arrived at my address - they just lie and say they did the work without ever even showing up.

I’ve had to have a lot of phone calls waiting on hold to reschedule missed appointments or services that were requested and never done. When technicians do actually show up, they don’t even look at the work that is requested and spray some generic spray.

Save your money and your time and stay away from this company.

Update: had multiple calls with the local manager Tammy where I was promised services that have not been delivered. It appears that they do not have a way to communicate with their field staff to tell them which services to driver. I was also promised that a supervisor would come out and review and that has not happened.

The technician, William Vidra, does an excellent job communicating with the customer and provided good feedback on our lawn's needs during this hotter, dry season. Good technicians like William and a good lawn keep me working with TruGreen for my lawn care needs.

I had a small issue with a small portion of my yard not being treated. I am a new customer, so when I reached out due to the situation the customer service was top notch. They were understanding and apologetic and set up a return appointment to correct the issue.

Their communication also has been first rate. I feel that there may have been a misunderstanding about what was and was not my property. My issue was 100% corrected and I’m very satisfied that if an issue would arise, it will be attended to properly and promptly.

Guys are very nice and courteous. They the best. Don’t know what happened. Two days later my grass is turning brown.

I have used this company for the last two summers and they are one of the best landscaping companies I’ve ever used. They are always there the day they promise and always do an amazing job

I am a new customer for TruGreen and I am VERY happy with their service. After 1 treatment my lawn is improved. When I called and told them that the crabgrass was again taking hold of my front lawn they offered a free treatment in between my scheduled treatments. The lawn specialist William R Vidra showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job.

William Vidra was at my home this morning. He gave me good information about planting grass and maintaining it. That’s my goal to have a nice lawn with no bare spots or weeds. William is helping me to achieve my goal. 🤙🤙

Stepheno and his Co do a great job cutting grass, pruning rose bushes, cutting hedges and doing landscaping. They are fantastic at what they do. I would highly recommend them.. Cindy Carter

TruGreen begged me to come back again but is it really worth it? I have more weeds than I’ve ever had, a burned out lawn and an in house service team that tells me this is what I signed up for. Tru green you have 1 more opportunity. All I want you to do is start fresh for next year. In the fall an in depth seeding, weed control and winterizing. If my lawn looks decent in the spring we can move forward.
The only reason for the 1 star is because William V the new tech was pretty horrified by the state of my lawn. Was very apologetic and embarrassed. He cares!! Not many at Tru Green do. If I were Tru Green I’d do everything I could to keep someone like William

They should change their name to tru-brown or we’ll kill your lawn. I have been a customer for 3 years and I'm still waiting for a green lush lawn. The last photo is what my yard used to look like before trugreen.

My TruGreen specialist William R Vidra did a great job today as always. He took time to speak with me about my concerns and also for me to point out where I noticed weeds and then he addressed those areas. He is professional, polite, knowledgeable and does a great job!

Although there were other lawn services used in the past, TruGreen is by far the easiest company to work with and the employees, especially JB (lawn specialist) who has delivered excellent service x 2 (fertilizer and weed control) and William R Vidra (grub application specialist) x 1 this year, were awesome. I will request these employees to work on my lawn in the future. These employees are highly educated in their specialties, provide very helpful education, smile, are professional and actually like their jobs! I will definitely continue working with TruGreen next year and in the future. Their customer service personnel are also very customer oriented, friendly and efficient.

We have used Davey Tree Service for many years for routine tree care and have always been pleased with their work. Following a recent major wind storm, we had a large project involving the removal of several fallen trees and the selection and planting of replacement trees.

Kris Ward was outstanding throughout the entire process. He met with us multiple times, carefully listened to our concerns, and helped us evaluate different replacement tree options based on our property and goals. His knowledge of trees and landscaping was evident, and he was always responsive to our questions and follow-up requests.

The project included clearing storm-damaged trees, developing a replanting plan, and installing a significant number of new trees and shrubs. Everything was handled professionally and as promised.

I highly recommend Kris Ward and Davey Tree Service. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to customer service made a challenging situation much easier to navigate.
