Derrick came timely and the rugs and kitchen and bathroom tiles were steamed clean. My only regret was the one stain on the bedroom rug, the size of a pear did not come up. I don’t remember what it was from but I tried to clean it too and couldn’t do it before I called for cleaning. Don’t must be a permanent stain. I’m am happy with the job done.

We are incredibly grateful to Thomas Carpet for going above and beyond to clean our store carpet on the 4th of July, a federal holiday. It’s rare to find a business willing to work on a holiday and we truly appreciate their flexibility and dedication. The cleaning itself was excellent that our carpet looks fresh and spotless.

A special shoutout to technician Robert who was extremely professional. Not only did he complete the job thoroughly but he also took the time to offer helpful suggestions for future care and maintenance. His attention to detail and customer service really stood out.

We've used Thomas's for years and have always been very satisfied with the result and the person sent to do the work. Robert, who served us this past November, was prompt, courteous and very professional! He cleaned carpets in three rooms and stairs and also a couch. Our kitchen rug was terribly stained where our granddaughter’s highchair stands. It now looks new!

Thomas carpet cleaners do a great job. They are professional. They go over all needed spots on carpets before they start as well as make sure we are satisfied with the finished product. They take their time and go over the carpets numerous times to make sure they are clean. We have them out to our home twice a year and are always satisfied.

I have been using Thomas Carpet for several years now -they come out every 6 months- for my wool wall to wall carpet as well as my wool area carpets and they do a beautiful job; 2 dogs, 2 cats and muddy shoes- they get out every stain and are meticulous. The service techs are always so friendly and really care that I am happy with the results. This past time I also had them do a few prices of upholstered furniture and they also came out beautifully.

We have a nice, mid priced area rug that was a little worse for wear - several years of heavy use + a dog. We took the rug in for a deep clean and stain treatment. The rug looks brand new - bright and rejuvenated. While we probably paid as much for the service as we did for the original rug (Home Goods), we didn't want to simply throw it out and buy a new one - we loved the pattern and colors. Definitely worth the cost, plus not sending a carpet to the landfill helps us sleep better at night.

Robert was out this last Saturday, he did every room in my house, except the one that still needs new rugs. He did all of my furniture, and all of the flooring. He was very careful on how he did everything and explained each step clearly of what he was doing. He let me know when I should have everything done again and it was in a very reasonable timing, which I agreed to my own head. I am just glad that Havertown carpet recommended this company for doing the cleaning that I needed. But Robert was a very nice gentleman did excellent work and everything was done in a timely matter. Would highly recommend them.

Great works done by Thomas Carpet, we have been using their service for about 15 years. The owner, John, has been doing our floor for 10 years until he was retired, nice and clean. His successor has continued the excellent work for the last five years. Highly recommended.

After 7 years this beautiful Turkish silk rug is clean and repaired. Our puppy chewed a corner, so I rolled it up and put it away. No rug repair near me until I learned my friend Marie had a shop that did just exactly that.
Shipped from Wyoming to Philadelphia and back. It was well worth it.
Now returned to pride of place. A beautiful rug brought back to life. Professional and knowledgeable service.

This is my second time using Thomas Carpet. We had three rugs cleaned this time. I appreciate the fact that they quickly arranged pick-up on a last minute call (since we were having home repairs done and were under an uncertain time frame). They did a great job getting food stains out of a dining room carpet and refreshed two others from general wear and tare. I will plan on using them again in a few years when a valued Chinese wool carved carpet needs attention. Their pick-up and delivery staff were particularly helpful and polite. All staff were fully professional. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Had an 8 x10 family room (high traffic area) taken out and cleaned by Thomas Carpet Cleaners. It came back spotless! Delivery person was kind enough to put it back on the floor for me and had to move furniture to do so. I have also had Thomas' clean my upholstered chairs. We had Thomas Carpet Cleaners clean our ceramic tiles in the kitchen and breakfast room as well as 3 oriental reproductions. The tiles look like new!!! We were so very pleased. The carpets were collected and returned without our having the lift furniture. The rugs look better than they have in many years. We are very, very pleased both with the results and the service. We thought the prices were very reasonable and the work done by pleasant, courteous, and super professionals. We would recommend Thomas for service on rugs and tiles without any hesitation.
