We had a flood in our partially finished basement - we dried it out but the carpet looked terrible. Thomas carpet cleaners came out the week later and made our carpet look like new again. We had thought we’d almost certainly have to replace it. I wish I had taken a before/after photo. Really great service, including the team I spoke to over the phone and the technician who did the work. Highly recommended.

Frank from Thomas Carpet Cleaners was absolutely amazing. We had them clean carpets that we actually thought needed to be replaced - but, once cleaned, came out close to new. We also had a couch that with two dogs had tons of hair that once cleaned looked close to new! Would highly recommend (and will use again!) Thomas Carpet cleaning!

Thomas carpet cleaned a large handmade oriental rug for us. It had pet stains and smell. They did an excellent job. The carpet looks new. The pricing was very fair. We chose our own pick up and drop off which really brought the cost down. Thank you. We will definitely use Thomas again.

Robert cleaned all carpets in 4 bedrooms, living room dining room, den, hallways & stairs. The 2 worse areas with stains look like new! Robert was punctual, courteous & did a great job! Would highly recommend !!

Robert and Thomas Carpet Cleaners were amazing to work with start to finish. Their communication and pricing was clear and straightforward. They were punctual and very efficient.

Robert cleaned a white, high end carpet and made it look nearly brand new (after nearly 30 years of wear and tear). He also cleaned a white area rug with a pretty egregious coffee stain and other dark spots and once again the result was brand new. I was planning to have to replace the rug entirely and am so happy their solution worked so well.

I just had my entire house carpets cleaned and Thomas Carpet did a fantastic job. The technician that came out explained in detail what he is about to do and stopped and ask me to check each room he has completed. The technician was professional, neat and very observant to some of the spots that I even missed. I have a Labrador and if anyone has one they know they shred a lot even with constant grooming. I had spots where my dog got sick and threw up in several areas in my home and Thomas Carpet cleaning service got them all up. I’ve tried other companies and they charge more for less rooms. We all want to save money especially in these times however sometimes you have to spend some money to get great service. Honestly the price wasn’t that bad. I will do all on them again. If you need your home carpets cleaned my advice is to use Thomas Carpet Cleaner they will not disappoint. Thank you very much Thomas Carpet cleaner.

The workers were friendly and knowledgeable and they explained the full process before they started. Told us that one of our floor vents needed some attention and how we could fix it. The work was very good. Thumbs up!

They did a fantastic job deep cleaning the inside of the house, power washing the outside of my house and the windows. It was a lot of work for them and I'm really happy with the job they did.
