The service I received from Mr. Appliance was excellent. I was referred to this company by a family member and I am glad I did. My service professional Syruss was very knowledgeable, courteous, and on time.

Great customer service. Shane was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my oven, and left it good as new. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

I recently had Mr. Appliance come out to repair my fridge. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the technician, Syruss, was awesome—professional, courteous, and patient in answering all my questions.

My concern was with the pricing. The repair cost $550 to replace a fan, but after researching, I found the part itself was around $160. That left nearly $400 attributed to labor. When I asked about it, I was told they charge based on the complexity of the repair rather than hourly labor. While I understand that, my fridge was repaired in about five minutes once the tech arrived.

In the end, my fridge is fixed and working well, but I wish I had shopped around or considered a DIY repair before agreeing to the service.

Had an issue with our LG Dryer. Scheduling with Mr. Appliance is very seamless and their service times are rather quick.

Technician came out quick but I have to say was not the most friendly - not quite rude but also not exactly warm. I explained the issue and left him to be. After 10-15 minutes was told the issue was fixed with a part from the truck, dryer back together, and what the cost was. I was never told before the replacement what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. I was never offered the opportunity to accept/decline the repair until the repair was already completed. I feel this is a rather shady and high-pressure sales tactic.

I probably will not use Mr. Appliance again or recommend based on my experience today.

Technician, Ajay, was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue quickly. He explained how to correct, and since it was late on a Friday afternoon, arranged to return on Monday am to fix. He arrived on time and repaired my dishwasher. He offered suggestions on how to maintain my dishwasher and assure my dishes would be thoroughly clean. In addition, He was very personable & polite. I would not hesitate to ask for him again if another appliance needed repair.

I had a great service tech named Syruss. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and came back a few days later with the part to fix it. I would highly recommend them.

Cyrus from Mr. Appliance quickly and efficiently diagnosed issue with ice maker, ordered parts, replaced and ice maker is working perfectly. He vacuumed condenser and light disappeared. He was very respectful and would highly Reccomend. Prior to this I had Appliance Repair service come. They charged me 139.00 and had me sign refusal of repair for Age and overall condition and Unavailability of parts. Said I need a new Subzero, which Mr. Appliance proved was completely untrue!!!!!!! Jay is wonderful! Polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Our machine was under warranty with Speed Queen, so we did not have to pay anything.

We were having an issue with our refrigerator and my husband called Mr. Appliance and they scheduled us for the following day. Our technician was professional and put shoe protectors on when he entered our home. He explained every thing to me and what he would need to do to fix the issue the next day. He called to let me know his arrival time and within 1 hour the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance for your repairs.
