HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would NEVER use them again, and recommend you not do so either. I was charged an additional $68 (to the required $150 initial fee) to literally turn a know on. I was told the $150 would go to whatever service was needed, yet this was not the case. No new parts were involved.

Bait and switch! Beware lest they rob you! They quote a complete price on phone for repair but in reality it a diagnostic fee which they didn’t disclose! Then they deny everything later. Please beware of Jimmy the phone scheduler, Luis the manager who does not acknowledge any mistakes and Peter a supervisor who attacks his clients. I will also file a formal Complaint with the better business bureau!
