Called to schedule a service call for our dishwasher that was not draining properly. Technician came out next day and charged $180.00 for the diagnostic fee. Told us that the hose needed to be replaced, which I thought, great at least it's not the pump! Did not give us a written estimate nor a verbal but silly me scheduled the repair. They came back today to replace the hose and after finished texted for approval of and additional $197.15. At this point I called the office, there had to be some type of mistake. While on the phone with the customer service rep, I received another text that the charge was approved, which I did not approve! They refused to allow me to speak with a manager and would not explain the why the repair would cost $377. Please DO NOT ever call this company.

We have used Mr. Appliance to fix multiple appliances, and we will use them every time thanks to our Technician Syruss! This guy is awesome! He is always on time, communicative, polite, knowledgeable, and just plain easy to like. Most recently, he and his coworker Jay made time on a Friday afternoon to make an unscheduled stop at our house. If that isn’t good service, I don’t know what is. Six stars out of five!

I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I had initially called them about my ice maker in my refrigerator not working. The immediately dispatched a tech, Mo, to diagnose. As suspected, I needed a replacement. I told him to go ahead and order it. The part arrived a couple days later and we made an appointment for the installation.
Unfortunately, the supplier sent the incorrect part do the part number changing over the years.
Mo was extremely apologetic even though it was out of his control. After finally receiving the correct part, Mo did his magic and replaced the unit, along with the stop valve in record time.
I can't thank Mo enough. He knew what had to be done and had us up and running in very short order. He was very professional, and I would like to see his employer give him a great salary increase!
I would not hesitate you use them again should I need it.

Called Mr appliance and refused to quote me on replacing circulation pump on my dishwasher. Up front pricing clearly means something else. I'm sorry, that is the literal definition of upfront pricing

When my Thermador left burners stopped working after a storm, I called Mr Appliance. I received an email to confirm the appt the night before and a text with a photo of my repair person, Shane, shortly before he arrived. Shane was on time, meticulous about his work and kept me informed on what he was doing to make the repair. He took photos of before, in progress and at completion. I did not know what to expect and can say that I was very impressed with Shane and my range repair experience with Mr Appliance. I would recommend Mr Appliance for your home appliance repairs - it was a challenge to find someone to service this high-end appliance. Thank you Shane - you exceeded my expectations and I learned about this range in the process ( don’t worry, I will not try to fix it!). Thanks Mr Appliance!

Mr. Appliance was so easy to work with. They got me scheduled quickly, had great customer service and the tech who came out was wonderful. I had lots of questions and he explained everything to me, including the bill. He was quick, friendly and was mindful I was working in the next room. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Best choice I could have made. It wasn't a fix but a replacement of a door/boot gasket. Syruss and Jay were very professional. Took their time to do it right,explained to me what was going on as I was hovering. Answered my questions as i wanted to know what was going on. Time was approx an hour. Arrived early and pricing was where I thought it would be. Stayed to check their work and left the place cleaner then when they arrived. I want same guys if I Ned help in future
