The tech who came to our house (HUNTER G) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He took his time to check everything inside our furnace, as well as our thermostat to diagnose the problem. He shared stories and friendly banter while he worked, yet he also remained professional. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and gave some good maintenance advice!

Hunter was great. Showed up right when he said he would and diagnosed our furnace very quickly. He did a thorough inspection on the whole unit and walked me through all of the different items. Would highly recommend.

Hunter did a phenomenal job. He was kind and courteous, and he did an extremely thorough job while tuning up our AC. He was additionally able to fix an issue that had be plaguing us for a long time. Very happy with the service we received and we will definitely use AirPro again.

Great experience! I went through our home warranty company as they had a special for ac tune up so I didn’t choose the company, but was very satisfied. They showed up prior to our appointment window (they did call first) and were in and out quickly. Very professional and friendly.

Service was outstanding from the first call to technician! They were able to have us scheduled for same day service due to cancellation. We eagerly accepted it as we were unsure of our problem. Technician (Hunter) provided 2 hour window for arrival and was prompt. He was polite, professional and efficient. Used Air-Pro before and would strongly recommend!

I received a phone call from the technician stating he would be at my home in approximately 45 minutes. He was very prompt and friendly, got to work right away. Apparently, the motor had gone bad in my AC unit, he replaced it with one he had on the truck. The technician worked steadily and was done in no time. I am very happy and would highly recommend Airpro to anyone!

Words cannot describe how satisfied my husband and I are with our experience with Airpro. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed, and the crew worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was completed in a timely manner, with very clean results. I’m not one to leave reviews but my air pro heating and cooling experience is worth one. From communication to fixed right the first time this place has it going on. Technicians are very professional! In and out quickly when no issues are found and work efficiently when a problem occurs.
Company scheduling emails are confusing!
Day before appointment you receive one that says service call is between 9 and 12 then at 8:30 the day of service you get another email say the appointment is between 11 and 2.
Luckily for me my schedule is flexible and the service technicians call about the time they expect to arrive.

From the initial contact, everything was incredibly professional. They were quick to make the install appointment, offered excellent pricing, the entire installation crew was incredibly polite, the and results were phenomenal! They delivered better results than they promised! Thank you very much! I will recommend you to friends and clients!

I wanted to share a review, even though we haven’t had our furnace fixed yet. On November 23, 2025, our furnace went out, and they arrived on November 24, 2025. The technician was incredibly kind throughout the visit, even with my 9-month-old who was quite vocal! We discovered that our furnace had failed, and today, November 25, 2025, they delivered two truly amazing space heaters to help us out until the new furnace is installed. It’s truly heartwarming to see a company go above and beyond for its customers, and my baby, spouse, and I are so grateful for the care and attention you’ve shown! The technician who delivered the space heaters was also wonderful. Thanks!

The technician John R and partner arrived on time. Was Respectful of my property. Very Polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner and communicated what the issue was and how it was resolved. Would use this company again.

Overall this was a good experience but I had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. There were a few times I waited multiple days for a call back and ended up having to call them myself again.

The crew who came to replace my furnace were great. They were quick and thorough.

Company use to be great and thorough. In recent years the quality of service has gone done. With Furnace and AC checks they use to put in new air filters for you as part of the service and actually clean and check units. Had a AC check this year and this is what it looked like after the visit, no effort to actually remove the webs or debris inside the units. The visits seem to get shorter each year, usually only 15 minutes long to check the two systems and pretty skimped checks, so it feels overpriced.

I had a great experience from the sales end. The rep who helped us, Ryan, was super kind and professional with timely communications. The woman who took my payment was so incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone that I was taken aback. The day of the work, my front door was left unlocked by the worker despite giving clear communications for how to lock up using our door code. I was out of town when the work was being done, and after my house sitter told me our front door was left unlocked along with my weird experience earlier in the day with the woman taking my payment, I was seriously concerned whether I had just been scammed. Thankfully not the case, the A/C unit is working as expected and no problems from that end (other than our second and third floor not getting very cold, given it is middle of summer and an older home).
