Cooper was our Service Tech. Efficiently kept me informed as to when he would arrive and arrived right on time. Checked the A/C unit and what he needed to in the furnace. Very polite and knowledge!

Called for an estimate on a furnace. Employee gave me an estimate over the phone. I then called back a few days later and ask to speak to a supervisor. I ask her isn't someone supposed to come out and see what exactly needs done and to evaluate the situation. She then said she would send someone out. The day that someone was to come he was an hour late but I had to call the office to see if he was still coming. I would have expected someone to call me to tell me he was running late. So the guy comes and he was nice so we discuss that I needed an estimate on replacing the furnace n possibly an AC unit. It's been 2 days and I have heard NOTHING from this company.

Hunter was wonderful! Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and checked all working parts. I would ask for him by name if I need service again.

Overall this was a good experience but I had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered. There were a few times I waited multiple days for a call back and ended up having to call them myself again.

The crew who came to replace my furnace were great. They were quick and thorough.

These folks are real pros and are highly accommodating. Our aging furnace was given new life thanks to these guys. Their techs are highly knowledgeable and stand up professionals. The whole process was an easy service experience.

Service was Outstanding from initial call completely thru to install and final clean up. everyone I encountered was extremely professional, knowledgeable,overly accommodating, skillful and very pleasant. I will go out of my way to recommend Air Pro when I have the opportunity.

Serviceman was here when he was being trained and at that time was confident knowledgeable and personable. Here we are months later and he is everything I have expected and received from Air Pro in the past. They replaced my heating and air conditioning and I wouldn’t have anyone else. Everyone from the office to the technicians are knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly!

Eric contacted me this morning, told me he would be here between 12 &2 He arrived at around 1 and got right to work in replacing the broken part on the humidifier. As he was fixing that found another part not woking properly and that also was replaced with a new part. Before leaving he ensured all was in working oder and requested I check the drain area several days to ensure water was draining properly. As before, Eric was very courteous and professional. I have been using Air Pro since they installed our air conditioner. The service technician did a great job of letting know when to expect him, when he was on his way and when he arrived. He did his inspection and made sure the air conditioner was functioning properly.

My Service Pro was Great! He took the time to show me how to check my furnace filter and how to install a new one. He told me my furnace was doing an excellent job and to schedule a visit for spring to check the AC unit. These guys are the Best, I'm so glad I went with AirPro for my new HVAC system.

I have had Air Pro do my Fall furnace and Spring AC check up for the past 8 years. They are always on time, friendly, efficient and thorough. Eric just finished the Fall inspection and did a great job. He explained everything that he did and showed me the results of his inspection. I would definitely recommend Air Pro.

The technicians that have come out to help us were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Any questions were answered. They allowed me to record what they were saying, so that my husband could hear since he was traveling. The office team help explain in more detailing about the quote, in addition to emailing us a broken down estimate.

We experienced a main switch failure just after our inspection and Hunter promptly returned my call after hours, helped me trouble shoot, and then showed up the next morning to install a new switch. Thanks for the great service!

Great experience with Air Pro today. I called them out for a pre-diagnosed issue - and the technician was super - addressed the issue quickly and professionally at ~ 1/2 the cost of one of the large regional HVAC companies. Highly recommended !

No response after the inspection visit. Their costs for a repair are much higher than the competition. They also said that the warrantied part was on backorder, but competition was able to get it without any problem.

They came out looked at my ac told me it needed replaced we are going though the home owners insurance so they submitted the quote but when we try to get ahold of them to explan what else they will be doing that it's going to be 1200 out of pocket they just tell me they two people are on the phone. well here we are 6 business days later still no call. Mind you my insurance company even called them and still nothing. So we will be going with someone else.
Side note. Matt who came out to look at my ac was very nice, on time, and answered all of my questions.

I must admit rather disappointed. Went through my home warranty, took a $100 dollar deductible instantly and then wait for the crew to show up to diagnose my problem. Lo and behold a crack in the air exchanger. “You need a whole new furnace and we cannot turn this one back on”. Got the quote, rather large but what could I do. Called for an installation date. I was told “we think we could save you some money”. Ahh, NO. The price jumped over 500$, cause it was a “difficult install”. When I voiced that I thought you said you could save me money the price instantly dropped a couple hundred, but still higher than the first estimate. I canceled the installation after doing some of my own investigation, to which I receive 2 phone calls and the “owner” authorized another price reduction. Still higher than the original estimate. Obviously, I went another direction with a licensed technician and paid far less than the original estimate. Be careful, what some refer to as modification can also be classed as basic installation. Making ductwork and installing a stainless steel flex gas supply line is basic installation. Not, reinventing the wheel. If you read this, please educate yourself like I did.

My service was great. Hunter the tech was so very polite, knowledgable and willing to check everything to be sure I would have heat. He was able to troubleshoot the system and find the problem then order the part. He was very thorough. Would recommend AirPro and Hunter every time. Thank you

Air Pro is the absolute BEST!! My air conditioner install was problem after problem. Dave & his various crews of installers worked tirelessly to complete the job - and they did! I am so thankful for their knowledge, efficiency and work ethic. Don’t hesitate to call AirPro!

The technicians arrived on time and replaced my A/C & Furnace over the estimated 2 days. They made the installation of the associated piping look good (as good as piping can look anyway). They took the time to do everything right; no shortcuts. Much appreciated and would have them back anytime for future A/C needs.

UPDATE: Still working perfectly after several months. Heat is working great. I had them install a humidifier which has helped with the humidity levels in my home. This will help make the house warmer as well as help with our general health.
