My wife and I needed a new furnace and we are so pleased with the service we received from Ventec Refrigeration. The estimate was very fair, the service people were very courteous and nice, and they left the work area very clean. The new furnace was installed in a very timely manner and we would not hesitate to recommend Ventec to anyone.

Ventec installed a single zone Daikin HVAC unit in my garage last April (2024). When I tried the heater, several weeks ago, I couldn’t get it to blow warm air. Called this installer and their tech came out twice but still no heat. I called another HVAC vendor, they came out and followed Daikin’s suggested remedy. Heater works now. I notified this installer of the outcome, and no response.

Exceeded expectations. Excellent service, super fast and knowledgeable. They are complete rock stars 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful experience with Ventec. They have fixed one of air conditioners, and completely upgraded and rebuilt our walk-in refrigerator. In addition, they had a temporary unit for us to use within an hour an half from the time we called. Their prices are fair and their people are professional. We will continue to use them for all of our refrigeration/HVAC needs.

I had Ventec put in my new furnace/ac back in 2020 during the pandemic. We had such a good experience that today I am having them put the same unit into our rental property. From coming to give us a quote, scheduling the install, completing the install and everything else in the process, they have been wonderful. The price could not be touched by any other company. Great weekend emergency repair service for our A/C! The technician, Shawn, was professional and knowledgeable. He had our A/C working again within an hour. Highly recommend!

(July 2022) On time. Professional. Will use Ventec again. Fixed our A/C on the hottest day of the year. (UPDATE December 2022) Fixed our heating system. Punctual, to the point - and fixed the problem immediately with the most reasonable quote. The only HVAC company our family will ever use - but hopefully won't have to for a long long time!

Zach,Justin, and Jeremy did a fantastic job on my installation. Everything was left cleaner than what it was when they came. The installation itself was fantastic. They took into account my future plans to finish the area around my furnaces and installed everything better than I had envisioned.

From the call to come out to look at our old furnace thank you Michael, to the financing of the new furnace, thank you Austin. They were honest and very informative.
