I was very impressed when the Sales person said there were no technicians available, but he would be out to fix my air conditioning. Within an hour he was out and had it fixed. I feel he went above and beyond the average business owner.

Had a good experience using Ventec. From the initial quote I was impressed by Mike. I had at least 10 quotes for different systems, so I got to know a bunch of contractors. Mike listened and to me and didn’t dismiss what I wanted. I was looking for a hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system that would qualify for the 30% federal tax credit. Most of the contractors I saw weren’t interested in helping to find a system that would qualify and Mike did. The price was competitive and Mike was able to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. The crews that came out did a good job. There were some initial hiccups but Ventec came out 2 more times to ensure that I was happy and that the whole system functioned properly and looked professional. 3 separate crews came out and all were good installers. They all stated that they enjoyed working for the company, this also is a great sign of a good company. Happy employees usually do a better job in my experience. These guys dealt with bad weather and other challenges relating to also having new siding installed. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors also looking for HVAC equipment and plan to use them for future needs.

The plumber was simply the best. He was friendly and efficient. He knows his craft and he is just a great guy. He was patient with my grandson; who thought he was cool. I will pass on your company name to friends.

During the hottest week of the summer they got a tech out to my house that same day- it ended up being a quick fix thankfully. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable and the pricing I felt was good for the quality of work. This was my first experience with them and I won’t be using any other company. I had Ventec come out for a second opinion when I was told by another company that I needed a new furnace. Mike looked at my furnace and gave me his honest opinion as well as a more reasonable quote. Very happy with Ventec and the service that was provided!

I was have furnace issues, I call and left a message for Ventec after hours. They called me back first thing in the morning and were about to schedule a tech earlier afternoon. The tech was great. My furnace is on the older side, I plan on called them in the future for any other HVAC needs.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful. Someone was sent the same day.
Mike was polite and knowledgeable. He checked and cleaned the furnace and looked for the possible cause of the clicking sound I had heard. Nothing was found. He also checked the humidifier. I received the invoice and report on my phone soon after.
I am always pleased with Ventec's services.
