Good, honest, hard working folks that are perfectionists at what they do. BILL!
Great guys. Worked hard and cleaned up. Had whole house sprayed.
Did a great job. Showed and explained the work as it was getting done, cleaned up well. Highly recommend them.
Very nice people to work with. Bill was on the job from start to finish and the installers were very conscientious. Thank you for a job well done!
Refused to even come out and look at our job. Told me my job could only be done by spray foam and that can't be done in winter and they wouldn't even look, despite my requests. Turns out, no spray foam is needed for our job (per other insulation companies that were more professional and would actually look at the job). There is a completely open crawl space where roll foam can be installed. Merola seems to be too busy to actually care about it's (potential) customers or their cold rooms. It has enough business, so why be professional and give factual information and useful advice? Had we listened to Merola, we would have lived with a very cold room for the rest of the winter!
