I have now found our go to appliance repair company! We were selling our home but leaving the LG washer for the buyers. It needed its drain hose fully replaced before the settlement date. Three other so-called appliance repair companies said they don’t work on that brand, but Bentech said ‘of course we do.’ They obtained the part and repaired it efficiently. Fabulous job.

Had an issue with a washer not draining. I called around and finally found Bentech. Ryan was willing to come out later that day and he fixed the issue within 45 minutes. Important note here is this was the Saturday before a snow storm. While most places pushed me out to the following week he was willing to accommodate me within his schedule. Much appreciated and definitely going to be a returning customer.

My refrigirator stopped cooling. Adel from Bentech came on the same day and fixed it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Vlad was here to repair my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and fixed it within 30 minutes. He had to come back with another part no charge. I recommend Home Appliance Repair Services without reservation.

Came to look at my washer. Ensured the only problem with the machine was the suspension pack. Put it back and ensured it was good. Then the machine started dumping water from the back of the machine all over the floor. Definitely don’t recommend. Paid $ for incorrect diagnosis.

My GE French door refrigerator just stopped working (4 years old)! I reached out to Home Appliance Repair and was given an appointment for the next day. So all my food went into coolers with ice and a freezer in the basement. Vlad the technician called me that same day and said he could make it out that evening if I didn’t want to wait until the next day. Of course I was thrilled! It turns out the controller board was gone and had to be ordered and would take a few days! The day after Vlad first visit he called to say he could make the next day to replace the controller board, which he did! He was very efficient, pleasant and cared that I was in a position of living out of my cooler! I will definitely use them if needed in the future and highly recommend them!
