I would never recommend this company. There lack of communication is horrible. They said my dryer needed a belt and took the deposit. Said the part would be there in 2 to 3 business days. After five days I called and no answer and no one returned my calls. I left messages then when I someone finally picked up, they were clueless. They said they would get back to me and so they did not get back to me. It was two weeks that went by. I will never use this company ever again. I had to send a request for a refund through Thumbtack to give me my deposit back. Such an inconvenience I gave them 2 weeks of my time ridiculous

Are you kidding me here? I just called it is Sunday at 2:49 p.m. they're supposed to be open till 8:00 p.m. Not only do they not answer their call but it goes to a busy signal not even a voicemail! Go to the website to book a service call and that doesn't even work it just keeps buffering!!! seems like a scam to me!
