Karl was professional and easy to work with. He came to diagnosis an issue with my dryer. Within a week the piece was delivered and he came to fix my dryer; now it is working like brand new. I will reach out again if I have any issues with my appliances in the future.

I called them on a weekend and they were at that same night. They were able to diagnose my refrigerator and they had to order the part. Unfortunately, I had a wait a week until I got in because they didn’t have it in stock and they had to get it from their Chicago office.

Our washer broke thanksgiving , they came out on Saturday new part was ordered Wednesday was fixed

I called UltraFix on Thursday and they were here Friday. Our washer wasn't draining. Umid the technician came and looked at the washer. It needed a new part which he had on hand. He came at 12 and was out 12:30. No mess left behind.

The UltraFix service technician never worked on a drawer dishwasher, however, he was amazing. He diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes and ordered the parts. It turned out during the installation that he needed another part. He came back until the dishwasher was working. He was professional, respectful of the property and showed up when he said he would be here. I would recommend UltraFix to anyone.
