John and his team did such an amazing job. They responded to our water damage very quickly (within hours of our toilet pipe exploding) and then when we had problems with one of the dehumidifiers, John came back himself and replaced it. They were polite and efficient. We highly recommend them!

Servpro came out quickly and they evaluated our needs before acting. We really appreciated the follow-up and the attempt to preserve what they could before having to remove anything. They were kind and friendly!

Last week we had Servpro come out to take care of a toilet leak! They were extremely helpful with getting a pkumber onsite and within an hour they were onsite and had everything cleaned up. I could not thank Steve, Cj enough, they were knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! Paula in the office was also a huge help! This was our first claim and she helped us get everything in order! 10/10 would recommend this company!

Let me start with this: If I could leave a 10-star review for this business, I would. I recently had the roof of my house collapse under a mountain of snow and ice, resulting in many thousands of dollars in interior damage from water and debris -- sopping wet drywall and insulation, cracked ceilings, personal items and clothing destroyed or soiled, and more. It was traumatic to say the least.

Having used SERVPRO successfully many years ago, my first call was to SERVPRO of Manayunk and Chestnut Hill. Essentially, they saved me from completely losing it.

Right from the start, Paula Wagner and her mitigation team, and Juan Dejesus and his reconstruction team worked closely with me to get my home back in shape. They were empathetic, efficient, effective, exceedingly thorough with an eye for detail and focused on my needs, all with professionalism and good humor. And they completed the job at a fair price -- ahead of schedule. I can't rave enough.

I sincerely hope I never again have to deal with a calamity like this, but if I do, I know who I'm calling first.

Professional all the way. Cheaper than other companies. Did an excellent job removing the mold and the wall that the mold was on across my entire living room. They were done in 2 1/2 hours and in three days, they came and got their fans and equipment. I would make a free television commercial for them. That’s how satisfied I am.

CPR are an excellent company..others could take some cues from them!! Bathroom flooded onto the living room and kitchen ceiling..called them they were here with in an hour..they assessed the damage and said they have a team out here asap..next day nick and his team were here tore up 2 layers of floor also a bathroom floor and 2 ceilings..they were clean ,quick, and very professional..they explained everything they were doing step by step and why..I'd give them 10 stars if I could..Brian, Jeff and Nick and his team are top notch and go the extra yard to make you comfortable during a time of stress and anxiety ..can't say enough but thank you and would recommend anyone who needs them for thier services..BEST in the business by FAR!!!!

I had water damage in my kitchen resulting from a leak in the bathroom pipes. The CPR team showed up on time and got to work. Very professional and friendly staff who were clearly knowledgeable and experienced. The collaboration among the team was excellent. I rarely give reviews, but in this case I am happy to do so. I recently required the services of CPR Restoration and Cleaning Services. They showed up exactly when they said they would, the entire crew was polite, thoughtful and considerate of my personal situation. They left the place immaculately clean and were mindful of my personal possessions. I had to reach out to the Manager/Team lead to clarify next steps to coordinate the equipment pickup. He was very responsive, willing to accommodate everything I needed for my personal medical safety and executed on everything they said they would. What I liked most about them was the entire crew behaved the same way - even the person who picked up the equipment was professional, considerate and kind. Great group of guys! The situation I had was stressful enough. This company made everything easy. Very professional. Would highly recommend then to anyone I know in need of these types of services.

We had water damage that impacted the living room, dining room and kitchen. CPR came the next day. They arrived when they said they would, walked me through the process, removed 3 layers of floors, were finished in 7 hours and took all the trash the same day. They were amazing!!! I highly recommend them!

And the on-site supervisor (and his team) was excellent to work with. He was comprehensive with reviewing. assessing, and explaining the work. He was also very comfortable to speak and talk with! They explained everything they had to do and cleaned up completely when they were finished. They answered all of my questions in such a way that I was able to understand everything. Great crew, did a great job, answered all my questions, and left my house looking great. Everything was documented and explained to me. All the rotted wood was removed and a temporary setup was established so I can still use my kitchen.
