Had a leak in my kitchen. Called servpro and they helped me quickly and professionally getting everything back to normal in my house as quickly as possible! Both office staff on the phones and boys in the field were fantastic!

My HVAC system had a clog and my utility closet flooded. I called ServPro and they were on-site within 2 hours, cleaning up the water damage and doing mold remediation. They were prompt, everything is dry now.

Hired them for odor removal, but their attempts were unsuccessful. After being unsuccessful the first time, they came out a second time to attempt to remove the odor, but all they did was set up a fan, a bucket of water, and a "bubble box" that is available on amazon for $7. I asked for a partial removal since they were unsuccessful but they would not provide me with one. I have worked with different Servpro offices for past projects and was happy with their service and communication, but this office did not provide the same level of customer service and execution.

Kyle Vickrey came out - he was on time, professional. He assessed a minor moisture patch we had and was able to clean it up right away in the same visit. He talked us through options, pros, cons, and handled our request in less than hour. Thanks!

5 Star Experience all around. There are a few key things that I find crucial as a business owner dealing with vendors like Servpro. Answer me quickly when I need help. Execute what you promise you’re going to do. And follow up at each turn to make sure nothing’s changed. John Cavanagh & his team excelled in all of these areas and more. They were easy to deal with, cost effective, & they over-delivered above what I expected. I highly recommend working with John & his team.

Unfortunately, the crew had to come when we weren’t home. Our home security system records constantly and confirmed the crew completed the job in 4 hours. We were billed for 8 hours. When we asked for an adjusted bill, we were told the crew was there “pretty much all day”. Dishonest billing. Beware.

This was the best experience I had with a one of these company’s. Servpro Norristown were punctual and professional, they exceeded my expectations with their demo and provided some of the best customer service and experience I could have ever imagined. Thank you to the whole Norristown Servpro team you guys were truly a delightful to work with and if I ever need this type of service again I know who to call!

Prompt courteous and professional that’s what Eric and his team are.  We had a water pipe break under our sink we have an old Manayunk home.  We went to a hotel that night and they came out and worked all night and took care of the issue.  Jason their construction guy put it all back and it looked better than it did originally. Very glad for these guys!

Kyle Vickrey and his team worked diligently to begin the repair on the first floor hallway and basement of my house which was damaged due to a cracked pipe, hidden in the wall, coming from an upstairs bathroom. My basement walls as well as my hall ceiling and walls had water damage from the leak. The team, lead by Kyle, was on time, efficient, professional and friendly. They worked well together and completed the prep work and cleanup in a relatively short amount of time. I highly recommend based on my interaction thus far. I anticipate a successful conclusion.

We had experienced some flooding which had cause water damage it was very overwhelming especially since we just had a baby a few weeks prior. Bycil and John D. Had came to our home to help us. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. We’re very grateful for their help. They did an amazing job !!!

Tried calling multiple times to schedule a Mold remediation appointment and my experience was Garbage. First I wasn't able to schedule because I'm not the property owner... Ok fair, so They asked I have the owner call in and then I can follow up. Owner Called and gave the thumbs up. Then I called and they had never Heard of me. Their After Hours line took my message, and the next day someone from KY called me.. turns out my file had been sent there by mistake.... When calling back again after this, my appointment was still nonexistent, and was told that they're no longer giving quotes for 2 weeks because of the "National Emergency" rain pour we had.... Even though I'd been calling for 3 days to schedule an appointment I was turned down and given nothing other than "We have clients with their WHOLE BASEMENT flooded..." and basically told good luck... I normally never write bad reviews but the service was so ridiculously terrible, especially on my last call, that I had to leave a note.

I called another company after that last call and was able to schedule someone to come out to my property for a quote tomorrow in under 1 minute.. that's how easy it should be.

The team at ServPro of Manayunk/Chestnut Hill is absolutely awesome. Their response time is excellent, their employees work diligently and thoroughly to make sure that the damage from fire or water or both is cleaned up in a timely manner, and their support during these difficult and trying times is something that I will never forget. I would use them again every single time if something ever happens to my home or my business.

SERVPRO of Manayunk and Chestnut Hill were able to take care of an issue in a garage closet quickly and thoroughly for a very reasonable price. We could not have been more please with the timely scheduling, on time arrival, and communication throughout. There is not one single thing they could have done better.
