It is a little scary these days that your insurance company can let you know when your roof is need of repair BUT Reiter Roofing was VERY responsive with the entire process. Evaluation, Estimate and getting the job done. We will keep up the upkeep calling on them in the future.

I never got the chance to see or rate their actual work but what I can rate is their customer service or decency of response. I called for an estimate for porch roof soffit work about 2 months ago. The roofs under part was covered and soffit was impacted by squirrels which is why I called. Someone came out (nice guy) who took a look and told me I should remove underpart of porch roof and because of squirrels damaging soffit he told me I needed to get critter control to get some service done before they would even touch it. Told me to call when that was done. I even asked him for suggestions. Squirrel service came out and cost me almost $900. I called Reiter Roofing and told them I was ready for their estimate and told me someone would be out in 2 days. I called back in 4 days since no one called. When I finally spoke with the guy that came out he said he had to speak to his boss because "it might not be worth it to do the job" I explained that I thought they would be taking it considering he saw the work and also had said they could not do the job unless critter control was out. That call was on 11/1/23; it is now 11/27/23 and not even the courtesy of an email (which I left with the company on 10/27/23) to let me know they will not be able to take the job. So I am out $900, with an exposed roof and exposed soffit and not even the decency of a call. I wish I would have known how poor they treat potential jobs that seem a little too difficult for them to take on. Please be careful with false expectations on estimates before you take on their suggestions first - get it in writing.

The work was done well and ahead of schedule. Very thorough with presenting the different repair and replacement options and the work came with a guarantee. We went with a smaller maintenance option rather than full replacement and can definitely recommend them for this type of work.

Last week I had the old roof replaced on my 3 story row house (slightly sloped roof). Everyone was very professional, and they were able to come out quickly for both the estimate and the installation. Worksite/yard was left clean and the work was completed quickly. Overall a good experience!

Horrible work and bad advice. They said reason for leak in roof was due to deck beam penetrating the walls and recommended removing beams. Reiter did this but never patched the holes when they replaced the roof below. They only covered holes. Shame on you.

I am president of a condo HOA. Our building has a 5000 sq foot roof, which was nearing the end of its useful life. We contacted Reiter Roofing for an estimate. Although it looked like we would need a very costly tear-off and reroofing (for which Reiter did submit an estimate), they suggested a much less expensive solution—applying a silicone coating to the roof. We accepted this, and the application went smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the work, and especially the responsiveness of Evan, the president of the company, and his creativity in coming up with the solution to our problem. We will be happy to work with them again in the future.
