We have only lived in Philadelphia for a few months but have worked with quite a few contractors so far to work on various repairs to our new home. Reiter roofing has earned our business for life. The have done repair work on both our roof and roof deck so far. Their work is thorough and their staff are all great hardworking guys . Evan is honest and lays out all your options in regards to repairs and upgrades needed before providing an estimate. This city is difficult to navigate when it comes to hiring an honest company to help with home repairs. It’s good to know we have a roofing company on our team for future roof work which will likely be urgent and in an emergency situation.

I have hired Reiter Roofing to repair my roof for 2 years. They are very responsive in scheduling the roof inspection and once they come out to work on my roof, I know I do not need to worry about the roof issue again. I had multiple bad experiences with roofers due to some other roofer will repair my roof multiple times without solve the root casue. I had a roof that is installed by 1 person and repaired by at least 2-3 roofers until I hire Reiter Roofing to do the job. They show up on time and do an outstanding job to solve the problem for me. I typically do not write google reviews, but I have to highly recommend this company. They are truly amazing.

I manage 500 apartments and use Reiter for all of my hard to attend to roof repairs and installations. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their attention to detail, their communication. The workmanship is first rate and the crew is very professional and courteous. They go about their business and, though it can be loud and dirty job, they keep the noise and mess to minimum. They try not to have to enter the home, but if they do they are mindful to cover floors or remove dirty shoes. We have a two part roof, and they replaced both on consecutive years during the pandemic. They have a good system for coming back every couple years for maintenance which extends the life of the roof and keeps the warranty intact. Good guys and they know their business.

I can't thank the gentlemen who came to work on our roof enough. Not only were they quick and finished the job in 1 day, but they were also incredibly helpful; from communicating with my mom who speaks very little English to staying in contact with my sister and me whenever we had questions (and we always managed to have additional questions right after they had answered our previous questions). Their customer service is absolutely top-tier. Regardless of what form of communication we used with them, they always got back to us fairly quickly. I highly recommend them. They pay attention to detail and do it right the first time but will come out again if there are any issues. We had our 16year old roof inspected by Reiter to see if it was necessary to replace or just maintain. Reiter came out as scheduled and gave us estimates for both and said our roof was in good enough condition just for maintenance (we didn't have any leaks). We contacted them 6 months later and wanted to do just the maintenance work. Reiter honored the previous quote. We had to have them remove an old roof deck that was in poor condition. Reiter came out and did a great job. Their guys were friendly, professional and the roof deck demo went off without a hitch and they cleaned up everything. I'm glad they were honest and professional enough not to automatically rule out a maintenance solution and only recommend a full roof replacement. We will continue to us Reiter Roofing for our future roofing needs

I have used Reiter roofing for several properties that I own, and I recommend them to my clients. They are always responsive, professional, and do their best to save me money! Other companies came out and told me I need a brand new roof, but Reiter was clear about laying out the options. In fact, Reiter found that the major issue was actually being caused by a tennis ball stuck in a gutter, not because the roof needed replacement. I'm a client for life, and if you choose them you will not be disappointed.

Another local company gave us an estimate based on a 1 minute drone inspection & said we need a total replacement. Reiter came out, actually had somebody physically check it & were able to fix everything without costing us a new roof. Their honesty & work were appreciated and we’ll absolutely be using them for any future work we may need.

I’ve had Reiter Roofing out for a few different jobs - routine maintenance, flashing replacement, and installation of a vent from the bathroom out the roof. They are always courteous and quick with fair prices. Will continue to use them in the future!

A few weeks ago I had a 2nd roof replaced for a house in the manayunk section of Phila. Their estimator met me on the main roof of the houe afterwhich he recommended an approach that I thought was a very reasonable approach unlike others who would only approach the project with an expensive tear off !
Like my first encounter with this roofing company, the estimator, crews and front office were easy to work with and responsive. Their price was in line with others recommending a similar scope. I have a few other properties that in near future may need to have the roof replaced and i will continue to call Reiter for any of my roofing needs.

I first encountered Reiter Roofing approx 10 years ago when they were working next door to a house that i owned and one of their roofers took the time to help out the tenant with an unrelated roofing issue. At that point I figured i would give this company a try when a roof need arose. they provided a reasonable price and installed a roof that still looks very good and is performing well.
From the sales staff through the install through the great follow up warranty service, they have really been great to deal with and very responsive. Thats big for me. I really appreciated how they returned multiple times until the minor issue was fully resolved. From my experience, most roofing companies dont. I would recommend reiter and will for sure call them on my next roofing need. i work in property mngt. John

I've been working with Reiter Roofing for many years now and I have always been totally satisfied with the high quality of their work on my house. I especially appreciate that they communicate by phone, email, and text, depending on what works best for me. They can get a little busy so it has occasionally taken a little while to get in touch with someone, but I think that's a good sign -- a lot of other people agree that they do great work!

Courteous, fast, quiet, reasonably priced and efficient. What more could you want? I've been using them since I moved in here over a decade ago. Highly recommended.
