Theo came to our house and installed a fan in the kitchen. Whenever we were cooking, not being able to vent the kitchen out meant the smoke alarm was always going off and making me CRAZY. Theo was a pleasure to work with, gave a very fair price and cleaned up after himself.... it took him less than an hour to install it.

I've used Theo twice and is now my go-to electrician. He's friendly, extremely capable, knowledgeable and always up for teaching the homeowner a thing or two about their electrics. Could not recommend him more.

I find it difficult to reconcile the favorable reviews here with my distasteful experience with Theo Linde. He won't answer his phone -- ever. He insists his customers communicate with him only by email, even to schedule an appointment. He takes forever (WEEKS!) to respond to emails. He refuses to discuss his proposed work -- including specifications. (Reputable contractors don't do this.) Then, an hour before he was scheduled to begin work, he sent me an email increasing his price significantly, saying he was just getting around to reading his emails. Really?! He may be a decent electrician, but not worth the frustration of dealing with him.

I'm an Interior Designer and made an appointment with Theo on July 8 to walk a job site in Bella Vista. The meeting went well and he informed me we'd have the bid the next day and he could start the work the following week. Taking him on his word, I put the wheels in motion with my clients and rush ordered the fixtures they needed for the job to be completed. Since then I have sent half a dozen emails which have gone completely unanswered and ordered all the fixtures we now have no one to install. Theo has no phone number to speak of which means we're left high and dry and have to waste yet more time to start this process all over again. Extremely disappointing experience.

Theo was super responsive both times we needed him. He was flexible with our schedule, too. He was personable and knowledgeable and did an amazing job in a short amount of time. I’m extremely pleased with his service, and he’s genuinely a likeable guy. Call him for your electrical needs!

Had the team at Echo House come out to quote for my Tesla NEMA 14-50 outlet install - from quote to completion, they were a pleasure to work with. Not only was their method the least destructive (didn't have to rip open any walls, etc.), but they were the cheapest of the 5 quotes I received. Price was very fair for the labor and quality of the job. Also, I live in an apartment complex and they managed to complete the job by only turning my unit's power off. So, no headaches with my neighbors!

I'd trust them with any electrical install going forward. You'd be dumb to not have them at least come quote your project.

Echo House Electric was the All-Star team I needed for my residential electrical work. Echo was incredibly responsive and able to give us an estimate quickly to add a GFI outlet, replace a fixture, and swap some guts on our switches and outlets so they were all the same color. They showed up when they said they would, were responsive and accurate to the work we discussed, and checked with me to ensure the new locations of the fixture and outlet before installing. Very professional and did great work. Planning to use them in future.

This review is definitely one of those “Why haven’t I reviewed them sooner?” reviews. After several small to very large jobs, we simply can’t say enough about Echo House’s communication, competency, and professionalism.

Most recently, our 100+ year-old historic home needed several upgrades, which were handled with the utmost care and respect so as not to disturb any of the original details. The project took a couple of weeks, and we were kept abreast of the work and new developments in a timely manner.

Cannot recommend or appreciate these folks enough.
