My experience with Tavella Electric actually restored my faith that there are honest, reliable contractors who will stick to their word-- AND provide great craftmanship. I needed outdoor fixtures replaced but my work schedule did not allow me to be home to schedule repair. I spoke with Justin on the phone and he told me if I left lights outside, he would come by my house and install them. I know sounds crazy, but I did leave them outside and he did come and install them!!! And cleaned up.They look and work great I cannot say enough good things. Beyond 5 star service.

Justin is a true professional who understands the meaning of customer service. He explained what he was doing and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue with my hardwired LED lighting fixtures. I'd happily use his services again!

I reached out to Justin for a small job, replacing a light fixture and upgrading a few outlets. He was immediately in contact and I had an appointment scheduled in no time. He stayed in communication up to and including the day of the appointment. Not only was he timely and professional, but he and Dominic also went above and beyond to ensure everything looked great and was cleaned up afterward. Also, he stuck exactly to his (very reasonable) quoted price. I'll definitely contact him again in the future when I need an electrician.

This was literally the smoothest house-related fix I've ever experienced. We called Justin this morning to ask about two outlets that weren't working even after resetting the breaker. He was in the neighborhood so he came over within a few hours, and he was great at keeping us updated about his timing/ETA. Justin is incredible! He helped me identify the source of an ongoing electrical problem and did a full meter and panel replacement. He is very accommodating - he even came out after hours on short notice to help me with a power outage and got me back up and running that night. He is far more affordable than other providers who gave me estimates. Not to mention Justin takes the time to thoroughly explain the issue and educate you on all the updates as he makes them. Reached out to Justin to add a new outlet to my home. He responded quickly (within the hour) and was able to provide a fair estimate from just a couple of pictures. He was able to find time in his schedule the next day to complete the work. Showed up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, and was extremely friendly throughout the process. I wanted to install a smart switch to control some low-voltage lighting. It turned out the surrounding switches and outlets made the installation far too complicated for me. I called Justin on a Friday and he was able to come the following Monday. He did a great job — he figured out how to make the switch work properly while retaining the functions of the surrounding switches and outlets. He trimmed screws to protect my tile backsplash and made sure to clean up meticulously when he was done. He explained everything clearly to me along the way. He’s a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call Tavella Electric again when I need electrical work.

Justin was extremely responsive and professional. We had a tough time finding an electrician that would take our (relatively small) job, but Justin was great - he got back to me within a few hours of submitting an inquiry, was out within a day or two to check it out and provide a very reasonable estimate, then came back a week later to do the job. I highly recommend calling Justin for your electrical needs! He installed two pendant lights in my kitchen after I realized I was in over my head trying to do it myself.
